Thats too bad if he's not taking photos anymore. That lens and the result we just saw is exactly what we need (and of course general shots of the entire area as well). But god damn... thats the perfect lens for our purposes.

Well let's wait and see; so far it seems most of the people who've seen his work personally think there's something to it. What he's done in the past doesn't make it any more of less likely that what he's doing now, really. I'd be wary of defaming him in this way - if you say something like that and it's not true, it's libelous.

Like you said, the best thing to do is ignore him if you dislike him and don't think his work will amount to anything. Focus on HSC, pilofocus, CB, etc. But don't waste your time insulting and bullying a doctor who appears to be trying, just ignore him.

No, it must be made completely obvious that Fr. Nigam is not to be trusted. There are potential lurkers on these forums that will waste their time and money and fly to Mumbai as long as he keep this charade going.

I just feel bad for all the people in India who don't know better and use up all of their savings thinking they will get their hair back but don't get anything. There is so much reviews about how before they pay him the clinic is always checking on them and being persistent that they come in for a procedure but after they pay him and get a shitty procedure, they stop calling and ignore the patients. He is a true scum and I wish the authorities in India would close his clinic and put him in court to return all of the patients money.

This guy is like a villain, he would never have gotten away with this if he did this in the US.

Lens is most likely (and almost certainly) a Tamron 90mm f/2.8 macro lens.

So, as per my recommendations from a while ago as to what camera and lens SHOULD be used, that falls RIGHT where I would expect things to be for hair transplant documentation, hence the fantastic photo (although it is a little blurry but thats ok).

There are some of the best photo's I've EVER seen, for ANY doctor. And yet, he doesn't show them to us. He shows us black and white patient photo's ... Makes you figure...

BTW that example you just gave is stunning indeed. He KNOWS how to provide stellar documentation. But obviously that's not in his best interest ... And I kept telling and telling him to get a professional photographer. I thought he was just stubborn. How naieve, lol.

Arashi hats off to you. What would be interesting is a compilation of all Nigams suspect before and after pics either in a pdf or dropbox album for easy viewing/laughing.

It would also be interesting to hear Mwamba's opinion on it and anybody else credible such as Boldy and perhaps Spencer.

I have to say it doesn't look good for Dr Nigam. The best thing he can do is come out and admit to some serious mistakes with his pictures and let's just hope with Dr Mwambas own knowledge (he claimed 30% donor regrowth before even speaking with Nigam) and whatever he may have learnt whilst with Nigam will come to fruition and show genuine regrowth with good recipient results.

I still believe Nigam has something, but he is doing a terrible job at convincing the public. But until then he actually has nothing, Iron Man was right all along.

Dude, you haven't been talking to the right persons, that's all I'm saying. Nigam's surgeries FAIL without any exceptions. And if you don't believe me, show me otherwise.

The guy really brings all this on himself.

The importance of taking clear and consistent before and after photos has been stressed to him countless times on the forums. Despite this, his photos haven't improved at all. He's been caught posting photos that are:
- proven photoshops
- black and white
- impossible to tell if the same person is in the before and afters (i.e., completely different lighting conditions, hair colour, poses, image quality)

This is completely unacceptable for a serious doctor/surgeon. We know he can post very good photos too (see 15 graft test) so it's clear that he's purposely doing all this to manipulate results. How can anyone trust the guy after that?

He might still be onto something, for sure. But in all fairness, is that chance realistic after everything he did failed ? I don't think so. We'll let Mwamba be the final judge in this, it won't be too long, I think we'll know something before spring 2014. But in the mean time mr Nigam is still stealing people's money and risking ruining people's life, so it's very important people at least now know the truth about him. People without certificates who pretend to be a doctor and are injecting experimental stuff without a shred of evidence of effectiveness, let alone safety. That's something I couldn't sleep on at night, knowing all that, without telling the public.

I'd say, better focus on stuff that seems credible. Dr Wesley's case is an example there.
