Dr Nigam agrees to doubling slick NW6/NW7

I'm not sure what you mean by being discrete. I think that I am very straight forward and to the point. Spencer Kobren changed my life. I am a life long fan and I am entitled to my opinion. If this makes you uncomfortable for any reason than I guess that's your problem.
To me if a doctor is not in the IAHRS, he is probably not at the top of his game. Plain and simple.Leave a comment:

You're not very discrete are you?Practically every post you make is related to Spencer Kobren and praises him in one way or the other. I like listening to his show but there's no need to be so hyper-sensitive and jump on every perceived criticism.
The IAHRS can endorse any doctor they like. But ultimately it's that doctor's body of work that will be determine his skill. Of course, for some people, these type of things will matter, but for those who have done their research, it's irrelevant.
Many of these organizations promote propecia, consider FUT the "gold standard" but this is clearly being rejected by the online hairloss community. At this moment, it's the online hairloss community that's deciding, not some arbitrary organization. We can see this perfectly with the interest in Nigam and doubling procedures, neither of which was endorsed by the IAHRS.

His skill and reputation would not even be known if it were not for his IAHRS status. If he wasn't in the IAHRS no one would even know who he was and certainly would not hold him in such high regard. That is just the way this industry works. If you're not in the IAHRS your considered second rate. I am not saying this is true, but it's the way it is in this industry and it is common knowledge.
Don't be naive, membership counts and if a procedure is being performed by an IAHRS surgeon the rest of the field follows. It's a good thing for us that Mwamba is working with Nigam specifically because he is in the IAHRS.Practically every post you make is related to Spencer Kobren and praises him in one way or the other. I'm glad that Dr. Mwamba is getting involved but that's because of his skill and reputation as a HT surgeon, not because he's a member of the IAHRS or some other ABZ organization. As I said before, there's plenty of recommended doctors on these organizations that I wouldn't let near my scalp.
If the doubling procedures work as well as we all hope, then of course I want it to become mainstream. But again, I'm not blindly going to trust any surgeon or organization until conclusive proof is shown.

Guys
You just need to relax Nigam/Mwamba clinic will open in a few months time in Brussels, Nigam said so in another thread.
Dont see issue doing 50 grafts test with dr mwamba since its more convinient, how about we find someone on dutch forum?
Next week dr Wesley will show us his version of scarless fue with possible regen
I know we're all inpatient, myself included, and we want to accelerate this whole process as much as possible, but I really think we should sit back until January. Let's see what Nigam/Mwamba, have to show us, and proceed from there. In the meantime, Nigam can start his NW6->NW2 transformation test.Leave a comment:

I mean really, are you telling me you werent pleased to see Mwamba involved in Dr Nigams work? Because I know exactly what you were thinking 6 months ago... "ah this doctor from India is just scamming us all".... I can see from reading posts on here that that opinion has significantly shifted since Mwamba has got involved.

On a positive note, I actually believe Nigam has something. I'm just keen to want to prove it as quickly as possible one way or another. If I hadn't just had HST I would have already had done this 50 graft test.
Between Mwamba and Dr Nigam we will know if it's working or not in the next few months hopefully. 'Boldy' reckons 3 months max.
So cheer up
I had my hopes up last year with bimatoprost only for it to be put back by several years.Leave a comment:
