Yes but Tom said his transplant was amazing and that Mwamba said he had 100% regrowth. What more do you want?Leave a comment:

yeah i agree!! Dr Nigams gave me hope after i booked an HT and realize that i dont have enough donor.
He told us that was going to doubling 6 slick nw6/7 on 15 september......where are they? This post talks about it but nobody is looking at this anymore, we were talking about apples and now we discuss about oranges. Do i make sense?
where are the facts Dr Nigams? I will love to book a procedure with you right now if we got some facts, but at the moment we just have promises and kindwords.
Please dr nigams, we need some facts.
By the way which procedure could i get in your clinic right now dr nigams?
We have not even one case, NOT EVEN ONE, FUE or FUT to understand the working of this' man.
The discussion is a cauldron of things and you can not understand anything.
Where then are the updates of Tom? You can see what is coming out of his hairline.
It 's been a year but you will still see nothing!
Where are all the cases of Nw 7 transformation?!?Leave a comment:

I dont have much faith in nigams, talking about HM for more than a year and not a single decent transplant....and he performs 100s a month..hrmmm
constant delaying and cheap talk.....
dr mwamba gave it thumbs up before he could evaluate results....bad sign.
Did anyone ever see decent HT by nigams clinc?fue fut doubling or HM?
"YOU SEEM TO BE A JEALOUS COMPETITOR.If u have taken our services, come out in open with udetails or mail me dr.rahul1970@gmail.com, i promise u to either satisfy you,or return ur money. We have 5 plastic surgeons 4 dermatologists, doctors, anaesthetics and hair graft technicians. Not a single dissatisfied patient have approached me in 2012.stemcells hairmultiplication is an evolving science, people either get results with HM or get free FUE or donor doubling hairtransplant. Our patent application for our specialised HM process application is submitted to patent authority in mumbai, everyone knows it takes time, btw patent has nothing to do with the results of hair multiplication.we have 8000sqft. clinic at andheri, with 100plus staff. We r doing 100plus transplants per month per clinic, which is one of the highest number by any clinic atleast in India"

Honestly, what he does is exactly what a conman would do. Promise the world to the customers and sell as much merchandise as possible before people start figuring out that the merchandise doesn't do what he say it does. Once they find out, he has already made a bunch of money and move onto selling the next best thing. If he keeps the charade going by telling people to wait a couple more months for results, in the meanwhile he will have 100 more customers more customers coming to his clinic including lurkers on this forum.
That's what it seems like to me. I really hope its not but how can one small lab do what million dollar companies can't. Is he a genius? Everything does not make logical sense.
And here are reviews about his weight loss / hair transplant clinic.
The good reviews all have the same format like it was one person writing all of them in a generic padded review and the bad reviews all say the same thing that we are thinking, "fraud." Everything says ---->> con artist. But of course he will say anyone giving bad reviews are his competitors trying to give him a bad name. There is absolutely no way they can tarnish his name if he actually posted consistent pictures of good results. He has done over a hundred procedure and we don't have a single set of pictures that makes people go, "wow, look at the increased density and extra hair."
I don't know why everyone respect Dr. Mwamba opinion so much, I have only been on this forum a couple month but at this point, Dr. Mwamba's hopeful attitude towards what he saw at Dr Nigam's lab is not enough to suspend my disbelief.
Dr Nigam, you are a smart man and I hope you can see why many of us on this forum questions your motive. We need clear proof NOW, the ones you promised the forum about Boldy's and Tom's procedure months ago. Not the promises you say will come 3-4 months down the line where you will make more promises and delay proofs even further.Leave a comment:

You know was worries me with Nigams...despite of all his claims he never showed us a single good transplant yet, or not even decent FUe/fut transplant for that matter. If you just think about it and I mean think, you will see that something isnt quite right..
he is positive, enthusiastic, willing to share and work with other scientists but he didnt deliver yet.... ..the fact that big guns such as aderans and others are giving up isnt encouriging either...multiplying hair is proving to be more difficult than we imagined.Leave a comment:

the thing with him is, I think he's better with the science more so than the actual transplants? he's a brilliant man but probably not much of a hair surgeon if that makes senseLeave a comment:

Likewise. I really hope this is the real deal and it becomes available soon so that young guys like myself can get a HT now, without worrying about not having enough donor to cover the rest of the scalp in the future.
A lot of people are relying on you Dr. Nigam.. Please make this into a reality for me!Leave a comment:

I really hope this can get up and running soon because I want to get my hairline filled in and I'd feel a lot more comfortable if my donor was regenerating as wellLeave a comment:

dr.nigam
Dr Nigam:
At this point you seem to be the sole person with the ability and desire to bring a lot of people together to solve this problem. Most researchers probably have their own responsibilities to parent companies etc, but I think your instinct to put together a group of people with varied expertise is an important step. With half of the male population balding, I don't see how with the right fundraising, marketing, business planning etc, money could not be raised. if you are serious about curing hairloss, then you should put a lot of thought into creating a new business or nonprofit company that functions as a separate arm to your transplant and weight loss operation, and hiring the appropriate staff to help you raise money and garner public and private interest.
I would imagine that a kickstarter project that is properly advertised would at least get a couple bucks from many of the tens of millions of balding men in the US alone. Combine a crowd funding approach with a PR and fundraising team that can really target wealthy donors and institutions, and I think you can really do it. There are simply too many people who hate going bald for it to not be possible to start a new project.
The problem with finding most cures, in my understanding, is the way that research is carried out. When a certain advancement happens to be made, funding will be given to study that one thing, and then people hope that such and such technique or key will become a lucrative treatment. The thing about real cures is that they need to be aimed at deliberately and looking at many different facets, with the eyes of varied experts. We are closer to curing aids because so many different teams are working together and sharing knowledge, and this comes from a widespread consensus that teamwork is needed. I don't believe that hairloss cannot be cured in the next ten years- stem cell science and genetics are at a point that this is possible. However, there is no way that just Dr. Nigam or just jahoda or just costarellis will ever be able to cure hairloss by themselves any time soon. If each of those people makes a small advance, then yes, n the next 100 years it should all make sense. The alternative is to try to put together a group NOW and to decide that finding a cure through a multitalented and multifaceted approach would benefit everyone involved. And then whoever is not in agreement, so be it. I think you can find plenty of people that are, especially considering the monetary rewards that may be possible.
In summary, I think two things should be the focus of hair researchers and forum member alike
1) Working on garnering interest and funding for a new approach and a new venture in hair research, especially through internet and media relations. I mean seriously, most people I know have no idea that hair transplants are even different from hair plugs.
2) Achieving the creation of a team and network of passionate researchers whose main interest is not making money through new treatments, but instead finding solutions through shared information. Ideally with a facility that can operate in a country where regulations are more lax.
Forum members and people like spencer kobren are not going to magically solve the scientific answers to things like DP cell culturing. But they certainly can use their own fields of expertise to reach toward these two goals.
Didi,
Chairman of fue research commitee,
did ask me to give a short presentation on saturday, but after having a look at the whole presentation which i prepared on the spot in 30 minutes,
advised me that 5/10 minutes would be too less to present...
and i will lose my audience ... on such an exciting topic..
And I decided after talking to mwamba,
to present the same that is, various doubling techniques and scarless fue at orlando, ishrs ,live surgery workshop in april 2014.
Well ....from forum members and patients point of view,
the good news is many surgeons were quite excited about our doubling techniques and HM.
Mwamba , may also start operating on patients at mumbai at my clinic with us..may be once a month,to take advantage of presence of lab at mumbai.
Mwamaba and me..will finalize the protocol of different studies in next 15 days..for peer review presentations.
Many of them had a look at tom's donor and recipient areas...and they spoke to mwamba too...about his mumbai visit...
many of them are quite aware what is happening at the forums.
Lot of them showed interest to visit mumbai and subsequently start donor doubling, in their city in future..
i advised them to come and do small clinical studies with patch tests first... send their patients for patch test to me,observe the results ....
and by the time results are out woth independent verification and peer reviewed, we will start franchising the doubling clinics, in mid 2014.
Actually most of the HT docs .. are not biotechs or cell biologists.. hence the doubling and HM etc is little new to them.
Dr Cole is a colourful, charishmatic personality...
Yes ishrs is mostly about fut/fue..sharing each others case studies ,
regards cutting edge...it was very dissapointing...industry is still just talking about storage media like atp, hypothermasol and discussing topics like prp and acell.
I did mention that hair research section should be a part of the meeting.
Spoke at length with washniek and jahoda..and did try to convince them..that the time has come to work together as a team. with the rest,
and utilize places like india, malta, caymen island, dominic republic...with softer stemcell regulation to speed the research towards cure...
Also thanked, jahoda openly in the auditorium,
that it was his suggestions ,at hair research congress at edinburgh , which helped me improve on denovo doubling.
He is a gem of a guy..very open, not greedy...he did refer me to christiano and said she is the one more aggressive... like me..i should meet her, will try to visit her lab...on 28th oct.as i will be at New York for few hours.
Christiano is trying to find out the master gene regulator(like FL1A) in the dermal papilla...activating this gene is believed to trick the dp cells to follow follicle regen line rather than other cell lines after passages in culture.
He did approve my idea of culturing the dp cells as 3d spheroids in PVA coated Polysterene tubes..rather than hanging drop method ..to improve efficiency.
We did discuss ..the possibilty of shh activation to make dp cells retain trichogenicty in vitro cultures.
jahoda..did say and talk about ,how a bisected follicle can, as on today atleast double hair....if not multiplication.
Infact i was the one..who have been talking to him , to why not focus on atleast doubling ..
before HM is mainstream in future...
at least HM can help double the hair..
and thus use of HM with ht will be the next practical step forward....
With due respect to dr wesley,Pilofocus for me ...was not exciting.
They were talking about the regen, secondary to use of acell..in the possible regen with pilofocus.
Tom and boldy were also at the ishrs meet.
Boldy will give you few more details...
I am at LAS VEGAS..for one day holiday today.
I love the innovation, quick decision making and enterprising spirit of americans.
QUOTE=didi;154255]How come dr nigam isnt presenting his findings(doubling and HM), its more exciting than outdated strip and fue
