The thing people in the Western world must understand, is that as a developing country, the Indian government does not provide the same oversight as you're accustomed to. It is a third world country. The people who live there exist because they have street smarts, and if you wish to do business there, you must have the same

Take for example Dow Chemical. Multibillion dollar company. They have all the resources in the world, but due to the Indian government's corruption, the local government's corruption, crime, and lack of oversight, their plant experienced a disaster in Bhopal which caused it to close.

Hoteliers with grand visions and deeper pockets regularly venture to India, and are just as regularly sent stumbling home in shambles. Their business exists on the principle of being dictated to in a unipolar environment, by a government. In India, you answer to every contractor, labourer, financer, police officer, street vendor, and notary whose assistance you may need. They are your government in that moment, and they make their own rules.

Indian cities are being built which provide the infrastructure for proper governance, but part of the problem is the crumbling infrastructure of the British Raj era allows the underworld places to do business and infiltrate those who have honest intentions. Add to it that may of the politicians at all levels are or were crime bosses and you start to understand the situation

That being said, there is a surplus of intelligence in India. Silicon Valley in the USA was built off a "brain drain" of IIT graduated Indian Engineers. If you are smart, you can find a great deal on the highest quality medical work in the world. If you are not smart, you are much better off just sticking to North America and Europe, whose government won't allow poor doctors to practice

I'm 99.9% sure he's not capable of replicating the trial protocols though. That's why I think we should be looking for more reputable clinics/biologists/doctors in India who might have a decent chance of doing it if the protocol becomes available soon.
What if he can replicate the trial protocols?

As far as I know he's the only doctor who is trying to replicate the trial protocols for hair loss sufferers now. Do you know of any other practitioner who is trying to replicate cell-based protocols for customers now?

Nigam, a guy who photoshopped pictures, photo-bombed with respected scientists for clout, built an online presence solely around "sort-of" science and lies in order to line his own pockets, while stringing along desperate individuals, also enlisted the help of "respected" forum members to come do their back-room science experiments to add legitimacy to his scam... yes, this is the guy I want giving me my hair back.

          How about NO.

When will some of you smarten up? Desperation doesn't need to go hand in hand with stupidity.

Dr Nigams post on HS site 'Hello All, It was a great experience to receive neversaynever(senior forum member,uk) at my mumbai clinic. nigam

Arashi you should write an email to the hair congress in korea warning them about Nigam's duplicity. It would be interesting to hear what they have to say about it, and why they accepted him into the congress. Either this congress is badly run or nigam is more legit than people on here think.

Ok fine. Then like I said if a breakthrough occurs and Dr. Nigam is the only doc who will do the treatment early, and if you won't do business with him, then that is your choice. But if a breakthrough occurs and Dr. Nigam is the only doc who will do the treatment early then many of us will go to Dr. Nigam.

Can you think of any other doctor who is trying cellular protocols using the information in the recent studies by major researchers? The only doctor I can think of that's doing it is Dr. Nigam. If you can name some others then please do so, so we can consider all possibilities.

So then you will run the risk of staying bald up to 10 years longer than you have to. That's fine with me because then you'll be a "bye" in the competition for women. If I get my hair back and you don't have yours then you will be a "free pass" when it comes to competing for women.

Poor tonypizza... underestimating the power of "if", when he refuses to submit himself to Dr. Nigam's experiments... among a wealth of other "unapproved treatments". I doubt nobody is going to get a free pass, unless there are many women in jarjarland who find mental illness appealing.

ahh jarjar, congratulations! you remain being the most idiot (hairsite from) poster i've ever read.

Your basic and stupid argument can be resumed to "nigam didn't offer us good treatments because he can't. Otherwise he would have cure us by now"

What your tiny little brain couldnt understand is that this is the kind of argument that justifies every snake oil out there.

On the other hand, maybe it's just that his brain cells are severely minituarized. So there will be plenty of options for him in the competition of women, when Dr. Nigam is finally able to photoshop hair on his head.

Nigam can't offer a cure yet because a cure hasn't been discovered but what if a cure is discovered? Wouldn't that change things? Of course it would and of course I made that point in my earlier post but your intellectual inferiority rendered you incapable of comprehending that.

But since you think you're so smart, and since you think I'm so stupid, why don't you tell me where you think you will get any new breakthrough cellular treatment quickly if a new cellular breakthrough treatment is announced????

Let me re-state that question with simpler words since you have comprehension issues:

If a breakthrough cell treatment is announced where do you plan on getting it quickly? Do you comprehend that it will likely take 6 - 8 years to come to market after it's announced? If you comprehend this then what is your solution? Is your solution to wait the 6 - 8 years?
