And yes I have a trading currency account with my business, so I don't lose much with the currency conversion.

Correct I only paid for 1400. But theoretically I paid 8800 euros over 2 days which is the price or 1600 HST grafts in one day I think. So I think it's fair for me and Hasci, plus they changed my appointment date twice, I done them a favour!

I don't know if they let you off if they are lucky enough to extract more, maybe they like me or just feel sorry for me lol

Right - I just tried to translate it again:
In fact, they exceeded the 1400 number - they extracted 1420 grafts - so actually just due to the 20 grafts more, the number as such, is already a new price-range ... on the other hand (I don't speak Spain), I do not really understand what the guy actually is trying to explain in his 1st post, but they definitely quarreled around due to 200 grafts more and the unpaid additional cost of EUR 950.

He reported that he initially paid the normal rate for the planned 1200 grafts. The technician made a mistake and extracted 1400 grafts. He couldn't pay in the clinic the remaining 200 grafts (he had no credit card, no nothing) - so what? The 200 grafts down the toilet?

They implanted the 200 grafts - for free ....

Exactly - does it mean you never paid the 200 "extra grafts" ?

    11,000 GBP = 13,111 EUR

    You got …

    + EUR 8800 (2x 700 grafts = 2x EUR 4400)
    + EUR 8700 (1x 1600 grafts = 1x EUR 8700)
    ************************************
    = EUR 17,500 = £14,682 = for 3,000 HST grafts

Where are the remaining £3,682 ?
The first HST was approx £2200 I paid cash and because he had a cancellation he rang me the week before saying he has seen my photos and if I would be able to make it at short notice.

The 2nd was normal price, but when paying the balance in cash £ he gives you the actual live exchange rate which is more than fair prob cost about £3500

The 3rd I paid for 700 grafts twice over (because its day rate), so in effect the screen price was €8800 (although i ended up with 1600, so fair), but they moved this appointment by 1 day with my permission of course, I got a discount because I had 'already booked' my train tickets. Ended up costing about €8500 which is about £7000

So I have miscalculated, its more like £12,200ish

    I wasn't expecting a big inquiry lol

    At first I thought the same - but, come on - £3,682 within 15 month (1st HST + 6 month + 9 month) ?? Never!

    If so ...

2x 800 grafts would be 2x EUR 4,900 = EUR 9,800 - and that means even more than EUR 8,700 for 1600 grafts!

Doing 1600 grafts on 2 days - is BS for Gho anyhow. I mean, he can do 1600 on 1 Day, and 1600 the next day with another patient. That means, gc is rather "expensive" for him ...

    I mean, I paid the normal rate - € 7,900 for 1400 grafts.

Yes this is correct, however they will offer you less than what they can really do to be on the cautious side. They rather take the sensible option for the first procedure simply to make sure there is regeneration and in case of difficulty on the day. I think it's quite common for them to say they will extract 1400, but in actual fact you can get 1600, perhaps even 1800 if your lucky.
