it can be done at Mwambas and Nigams...maybe get someone from Dutch forum?
Arashi's hair line is fairly sparse, I'm sure he won't mind me saying that, he also wears his hair short, so it would be easy to see the 50 new grafts and also it would be easy to monitor the 50 grafts in the donor.

Arashi, you know what they always say, "If you want something done right, then do it yourself!"

I know you would document it properly. How hard can it be, we'd have the definitive answer with a few weeks/months.

Do it mate, for us lol. I would do it myself if I hadn't just done my 4th HST, so I don't think I would be the best test subject.

People are getting hopes up based on some claims by nigams, forgetting dr nigam had more than 1 year to prove his technique and we have seen nothing yet,. He discovers cure for HL but he has difficulties proving it, which arguably should be the easiest part.

I can see this dragging on and on without any conclusive proof unless we push 50 graft test and see if technique actually works.

The thing with Thane is, it's going to take multiple sessions. Nigams told me that this particular patient is very busy. So even if he can be motivated with money to come every time, it's still going to take a long time before we'll see the end result. A 50 graft test on a trusted forum member on the other hand is going to yield results much faster. What do you guys think ?

Some much talk about Nigam with practically no photos to speak of as yet showing what we want to see. In fact we haven't seen anything yet.

    I can't understand it.

I actually got an invitro hair transplant, i called de novo because also nigam injected me some dp cells to help.. but whatever you call it, this time we did have lot of graft of 3 hair and donor seems to have completely regen. We will make a test by december and get result by february. Then dr mwamba will choose or not to offer this. But for now we need to wait

also about de novo help it seems possible as dp wouldnt be manipulated and we can use serum free medium. So this part would be patented soon, so they need time to explain all. We need to wait february but the team mwamba / nigam is really on something.
Hi Tom, can you post the photos? I've heard they shaved your donor to take a look right? Dr Nigam keeps saying that Mwamba has the photos. I'm assuming you have them too?

Also are all the grafts in your new recipient hairline 2 or 3 hair grafts or do you have some 1 hair grafts too?

    Tom

Will the basis of Mwamba offering this technique be on whether it proves successful, or are there other factors?

Also, if Mwamba does not offer it, will it be open to other HT surgeons?

How about 50 graft test at dr Mwambas? We dont need to wait 1 year for something which can be proven or disproven in 4 months.

50 grafts test is the best way to find out whether there is real regeneration happening or its mere splitting.

Can you source these statements, UK?

I've seen no proof yet. None.

I know - we need to be patient and wait for Dr Mwambas official assessment.

Until this is endorsed by the IAHRS we shouldnt celebrate too soon.
