ditto. we need something to immediately stop future loss and get us headed back in the right direction so that when the next gen of treatments comes out we'll have less ground to cover. i might actually bite the bullet and buy RU this summer if we don't get good news from BNP-32 or learn that a topical fin is on the way within the next 6 months. Minox ain't doing shit for me so far, approaching 2 months and still shedding like crazy.

Thats not true, the topical reduced serum by 18-20% whereas oral reduced by 60%+

Im a heavily diffused NW5. Probably at the stage where RU would be minimal benefit, in bright sunlight I look practically bald.

    Looking forward to the summer.

If that. We could reconstruct the vehicle and get it on the black market in 6 months unless it's something very protected or very difficult.

Yep. This is the best news out of everything. Just need to know if it affects estrogen levels.

Topical Fin + Minox = maintenance until Histogen!! So pumped!

    Topical Fin + Minox + Rahal HT = NW1!!! (assuming you're NW3 or lower)

Can only tell about it's efficacy after using the same.
2)P-3074 a topical 0.25%finasteride with special delivery vehicle called HYDROXYPROPYL CHITOSAN(HPCH),a film forming agent, with single daily topical dosage showed reduction in scalpDHT by 71.2% as against oral finasteride which showed reduction of scalp DHT by 51.1% with equal period of therapy.
With Annika Vogt coming up with nano particulate and virus like targetted delivery vehicles(to every aspect of follicle ,including stemcells)..oral finasteride will be in the grave yard soon..and it's systemic sexual side effects could be avoided.
    Thank you, Dr Nigam!
