There's heaps of anecdotal reports...I also came across this site last week when I was looking for subsidiary's of Aderans:

Consumer information and warning about Bosley hair restoration clinics. News, lawsuits, patient complaints.

Scared me for sure! Patient stories sound horrible!

You know what's really surprising to me! The fact that they know we know! But they refuse to release an official statement explaining the situation...Makes you wonder if all the horror stories about Bosley are true?

I mean if it's bad news why go that extra mile to ruin everyone's week! P.S. He's going through a rough time with his father being very ill and all. Let's NOT put all the pressure on him I suppose. He's so busy he can barely keep up with regular shows atm.

I guess if you look closely at the dates and wordings of the TWO titles:

    __________________________________________________ ______________

Aderans Research Institute Facility Closure, Marietta GA - lab and office equipment auction(#423)
    07/11/2013 9:00 AM EST - 07/18/2013 4:00 PM EST
All lots must be removed by August 15th as the company is vacating the property. Starting bid: $10 million

    __________________________________________________ ______________

07/03/2013 Aderans Co Ltd announced that it has decided to forgive JPY 1,224 million worth of debts of its wholly owned subsidiary, which is in the liquidation procedures.

    __________________________________________________ _______________

    Too many things match up:

    1) Timing: The facility closure date is set for August 15th. Auctioning starts on 11th of July and Aderans announces liquidation of its subsidiary on 3rd of July.

    2) Dollar value: The subsidiary was worth JPY 1224 million which is approximately US $11.5 million. The starting bid for the auction is US $10 million.

    3) Subsidiaries: Aderans has FOUR wholly owned subsidiaries: ARI, Bosley, Hair Club and Hair Foundation. Unfortunately only ARI facilities are closing down so we can come to the conclusion that the subsidiary they are referring to is ARI indeed

I agree, that link does not prove that aderans are in liquidation as far as I can see. The parent company is letting a subsidiary out of a dept but no where does it state that it's the ARI subsidiary. People are jumping to conclusions again - we need to wait and see what Spencer found out from his conversation with Ken Washenik. I'm glad they've had correspondance but I'm again a bit frustrated with Spencer - he musta been aware of the desperation of people to hear from Washenik but yet he didn't think to ask him to hold on the line or delay the show by 10 mins an then give us all the news. Also it appears he's gonna make us wait for the next show ta find out, why couldn't he make a post on the forum straight after calling Dr. Washenik back.

Well at this point there are two options:

    1) They are giving up on ARI because it hasn't shown sufficient results.

    2) This is all some kind of accounting sort of thing where the parent company transfers patents and "forgives debt" (this is not like a company owing money to a bank but a subsidiary owing to the parent company). This would make sense if they reached some kind of milestone that changed the situation and makes it less convenient to run daily operations from GA.

I am eager to see the show as soon as it was uploaded now.

No idea what Aderans' plans are for Ji Gami. But companies do NOT issue dividends to shareholders if they are in trouble. They issue them when profits are healthy.
