I admit your gyno was pretty unaesthetic but compared to hair loss it was not bad. It is not like everyone looked at you in public saying "that guy has gyno"....but hair loss everyone can see from a mile away
Also 1 cheap surgery & you are done. @ NW5 you will need at least 2 megasessions (expensive surgeries) to be anywhere close to restored. This is assuming you have enough donor which many people do not, & of course no amount of surgery will restore a fully dense NW1.
