Hypocrite. Just because you don't have gyno you downplay it as if its no big problem. Yet you complain every single day wahh wahh wahh about how noone cares about people who are balding. People who have gyno are made fun of all the time, whether its to their face or behind their back. The fact that many men go under the knife to have it removed shows just how seriously debilitating it is to people who have it.
You are selfish and rude and you need to learn how to walk in other people's shoes.

I admit your gyno was pretty unaesthetic but compared to hair loss it was not bad. It is not like everyone looked at you in public saying "that guy has gyno"....but hair loss everyone can see from a mile awayHave you ever suffered from gyno? Then you don't have the slightest idea of what you're talking about.
This is me, I had to walk around with those bitch tits for only 6 months (Yes, I like to solve my problems fast), and they were the darkest months of my life, you can't imagine the psychological trauma it caused me. And I was already a NW5 at the time.
As a person who has experienced both, I can safely say that hair loss is nothing compared to having man boobs.
Also 1 cheap surgery & you are done. @ NW5 you will need at least 2 megasessions (expensive surgeries) to be anywhere close to restored. This is assuming you have enough donor which many people do not, & of course no amount of surgery will restore a fully dense NW1.
If I could trade hair loss for gyno it would be a blessing for meLeave a comment:

Id be interested to hear more persons experiances like yours. How old were you when you started? You are right, most of the people in MPB trials for any treatment are nw3+ atleast, and the front of the scalp is way harder to maintain and/or regrow.I agree that when it starts it gets extremely harder however I still do not think drugs will prevent you from losing or buy you a long time. In my experience, I started fin very early, I was NW1 with no signs of miniaturazation. I was just worried because I did not have a lot of hair, by that I mean dense hair. I was just a NW1 guy with full coverage with no symptoms of hair loss. My mother thought I was crazy, she believed I was never going to lose hair just because I was a look-a-like to her father, who died at 83 with a NW1. It was 2006. First years were great, I never had a shed. My friends kept telling me drop fin, you don't even have hair loss. However in 2010 I noticed I had lost some volume, it did not bother me because I had such a nice NW1 hair line and was able to wear my hair any style I wanted. Then it was 2012 when things got out of control, I still remember the feeling. Process was started, my scalp became itchy, I kept losing hair. Funny thing, I was already on fin when this happened. Later that year I even switched to Avodart, used it for 14 months, it changed nothing, now I am NW2 and going into a NW3. I remember the first time I took Fin, I said to myself I could maintain maybe up to 40 or 50, I considered myself very wise to start treating my mpb before it happened. So according to your logic, I shouldn't have fell behind baseline but unfortunately I did.
Looking at the studies, we see that many people are above baseline even after years. But those are more likely to be older individuals who already had mbp, possibly NW3 and more. It is easy to maintain a NW3. I don't think anyone can maintain a NW1 more than 5-6 years (without transplants or castration) no matter how early they start treatment as long as they are destined to have mpb. It is just impossible.
However, you hear stories of people going from nw3-2 just on an AA and minox, so it isn't out of the question.
Id say its important to use a topical AA on the hairline for extra insurance whilst on fin/dut....Worst case, you start fin/dut early in hairloss, most of you hair stays good, hairlien recedes, you get an HT.Leave a comment:

Would probably change LESS the closer you are to NW7. At NW1-3 at least you have the slightest chance of doing something... 99% of the times its slowing down/halting.... but once you're at NW6-7 its pretty much useless to do anything. To me, at NW6 with todays shite treatments... you may as well throw in the towel.Leave a comment:

Fair enough and I agree. But i wonder if your opinion on this would change the nearer to NW7 you get? What are you now btw?I gotta agree here, i would never take fin.
I'm losing my hair, but keeping my manliness is more important. To take the risk of becoming impotent, getting man boobs, brain fog,... in the hope that my hair maintains the way it is, is a risk to far for myself.
CB-03-01 on the other hand i would take.Leave a comment:

Yeah man, lets compare something thats barely noticeable nor does anyone give a shit about to something thats right on your effing FACE and the only socially accepted physical aspect to humiliate someone over.I did it on purpose of course, I thought you would notice that. How does it feel to be told that?
You act like your hair loss is the end of the world, then when someone speaks about another physical flaw, you make fun of it: "Bahaha, that's nothing, man up!"
Constantly attacking invisible evil scientists who supposedly don't care about male pattern baldness is also a weird thing to witness.
Back to the topic: saying I want to be bald because I don't take a DHT inhibitor is ridiculous. Especially when you know I suffered from gynecomastia in the past.
It's a choice, I'd rather be healthy sexually (and in other areas like mental health) and be bald than the contrary.
You're a moron.Leave a comment:

This is followed by this:
LOL, does anyone take you seriously on these forums? It seems suffering from hair loss (if we can call that hair loss, you're barely a NW2,5) hasn't taught you anything. But don't worry, your growing forehead will humble you.Leave a comment:

So according to your logic, I shouldn't have fell behind baseline but unfortunately I did..I really think once the switch flips and DHT starts attacking you, it becomes increasingly harder to save your hair. I'd bet if you hopped on fin even a bit before you were destined to start going bald, you may never lose it or at least buy a lot of time. Once DHT hits though it's a cascade affect and many other things come into play.

It was drug-induced, just not by finasteride. I would probably have gotten gyno if I got on it.Leave a comment:
