    Why? I like your analysis. It is so cute, sexy - and conclusive.

    Haha I knew you would feel insulted You're such a little girl, it's almost cute. But seriously, you really can't disagree, his analysis with all those reference lines he drew, is way more solid than yours. Best by far.

    I wonder why Spencer (or someone else) didn't ask Dr. Gho how he sees the future of hair multiplication in general, and also about what he is thinking about the work of other companies in this field like Aderans, Histogen, Replicel etc.
    Gho told me that he'll incorporate Histogen into his practice when it comes out.

    He also told me that he's had Acell since it was only available for animal use - and that it doesn't work because adult stem cells can not regenerate.

    So as soon as someone in this field comes up with a "2 follicles from 1 follicle" version for the recipient area - Dr. Gho will come up with the same - but donor regeneration still INCLUDED (=3 follicles from 1 follicle)!

    Yeah, good points. Where's the evidence?

    "Do you mean straightforward, like a Norwood 3"

    <sigh>
    I'm a NW6, I say it in that very post you just read ! I also explain earlier in the thread what is less "straight forward" - we are talking extraction of follicles here and skin contrast - certainly nothing to do with how much hair you have in the recipient area.

    Ok, guess I'm the only one to who is unfamiliar with the expression "straight forward" in this context

    Read the posts in this thread Clarence - good grief, is english your second or third language ? That is the only way I can see that you cannot get it.

    ... you will look like this - if you don't always shave your hair. Because all the "slit" hairs remain dwarf hairs and after many procedures, of course, once upon a time, practically ALL hairs in the safety zone got "slit" and therefore, once upon a time, ALL hairs will remain dwarf hairs. So always shaving your head is the key! Or the smaller the safety zone - the better! So you can eventually cover up the dwarf hairs.
    Is this a "joke", or not?

    People are saying you are kidding us on about hairs only growing to 1mm etc.

    It's confusing for me, and I'm on here to get information about a serious medical issue, not for practical jokes.

    The 50 graft test - because he doesn't do it on what he considers straight forward cases - as it is a money loser for him. At least, that is the only reason I can see for him refusing, and he did comment that it takes as long to set up for the 50 graft test as a full paying HST..

    If I were to go back and look to have a full procedure then first I would go there and grow my hair out so that they could see properly the miniaturisation in the lower part of the donor area - I want them to be sure they can get a decent amount of grafts out with what I have left and when you cut to a #0 guard as I do all the time it is difficult with the naked eye (at least for me) to see what is miniaturised and what isn't.

    They certainly didn't have any concern about doing HST on me once I explained my limited expectations but I would want to make 100% certain they knew what they were taking on.

    BTW, I am NOT a NW7 - definitely an advanced NW6. I think proper NW7's are a different proposition again.
