On day 1 to day 4 we intend to extract 80- 90 % of his donor hair .
Do an in-vitro doubling , where in we bisect the follicle under magnification and implant one bisected part and the recipient and the other at the donor scalp .
At the same time , we will inject growth factors , multiply progenitor stem cells , 3D spheroidal multiplied dermal papilla cells , extra cellular matrix and concentrated PRP .

3)day 5 (23rd December 2013 )
Repeat injection of multiplied progenitor (CD 200+ ) hair stem cells , 3D spheroidal dermal papilla cells , growth factors and ECM plus balance 20% donor left after first session will also be extracted .

4)day 6 ( 30th January 2014)
Repeat injection as mentioned in day 5 plus doubling of whatever new grafts which would have grown back

5) day 7 ( 10th March 2014 )
Repeat injection as mentioned in day 5 plus doubling of whatever new grafts which would have grown back

6) day 8 (15th april 2014)
Repeat injection as mentioned in day 5 plus doubling of whatever new grafts which would have grown back . Remember anytime if the stem cells and DP cells are exhausted in the lab , new 75 grafts will be taken from the beard for the same .

7) day 9 ( 10th May 2014)
Repeat injection as mentioned in day 5 plus doubling of whatever new grafts which would have grown back.

8) day 10 (10th June 2014)
Repeat injection as mentioned in day 5 plus doubling of whatever new grafts which would have grown back.

Remember the above protocol is chosen since the patient is a localite from Mumbai , if someone is from outside Mumbai we would have called him for four days per session, 6 months apart to save on number of visits for the patients who are NW7 .

The protocol and the number of visits may change if the person is ready to wait to see the results of pure hair multiplication for 7-8 months if the patient responds to HM nothing else to be done , if the patient does not respond he would have to go back to doubling .NW2/3/4 may require 2-3 visits .

Head donor is immune to MPB. No need to resort to beard.NW7 can find 75 mpb resisten grafts.


Nigam took this NW7 guy and he will cluture 3dcells, how we know he wont use beard hair and body hair to convert this guy to nw1...dr umar do this all the time.

I think the use of beard hair as a source of DP cells was Boldy's idea. And I think it's actually a good idea. But again, it's an experiment, nobody knows if it will work. This is what Boldy said about it:

The use of beard hair dp's (that is never been tried as far I know), could be a game changer. DHT/androgens work as a Growth stimulation in this case, and its pretty giniuse to make use of this property.

Its known that Human scalp disassociated Dp cells, or even fresh isolated intact dp, are found hard to induce Folliculogenesis, while mice disasociated dps are easier to culture, and promote Folliculogenesis even as disassociated cells when combined with epithelial cells.

To override this problem, there have been found, that aggregated dissociated cells (a sphere), restores the dp markers, and are able to induce Folliculogenesis.

My expectation is that beard dp cells, (maybe even disassociated cells) are better at promoting Folliculogenesis.

the idea is to get the mixture in the miniaturized follicles.

I do know and believe that cell therapy is the only cure.

in aga scalp, the dps over express AR's, while in safe zone not.
Beard dp's are know to reactive positive on by androgen exposure.



I expect this combo Beard dp's + the anagen expressed growth factors, could open a new door. (read well "Could").

Why not use head hair instead...are they not better than beard?its only 75 grafts so scarring is not an issue

these are not immune to MPB. Beard cells are. It's an interesting idea for sure. But who knows it will work ...

Can somebody explain why Dr Nigam took 75 grafts from beard?

The way I understood it, he's using DP cells from the beard, cause these are immune to MPB. He'll culture these cells, in 3d, and inject them back. At least, that's how I understood it.

Nigams has a history of photoshopping, manipulation and fakes. Didi and I said from the start Nigams will come up with an excuse to either drop Thane or make him disappear. Cause Thane is the only case he can NOT fake. Hence, I decided to offer Thane $10.000 to make sure he won't disappear. It's the only way we will finally know the truth about Nigams. If you think that's awful, that's fine. The Truth is not always a nice thing. But I always prefer an ugly truth over a beautiful lie. And I know some people will hate me for that, cause they prefer the beautiful lie. It will always be that way.

pre-existing hair+some FUE+concelear = good HT
