It kind of seems he's just totally bald on top in the first photo. But it was just a bad picture and he upped another one later showing he wasn't bald at all.

Bad photo's just reduce credibility big time. If Dr Nigams wants to make a case, he's not going to convince people when he shoots photo's with his 5 year old 1 Megapixel cellphone cam. And he knows that. So why does he do it ?

I called him a few times,he said he is 60 plus now,he is more interested for his son ,who is 24 ,who is already undergoing Hm injection treatment with me.
Due to is busy travelling schedule,he will not be able to devote so much time for a year.

Once i give you more clearer pics of Mr Joshi,i think this issue about his NW status would be clear.

Anyway,one forum member from uk is arriving on 15th october,followed by veca...one of them can have a look at Mr joshi in person too.

Regards didi's querry ,why did we extract his beard hair for stemcells and dp culture is because...beard hair paradoxically flourish in the presence of DHT,which is abundant on a MPB scalp.

If a patient refuses to give beard hair for the same,only than we prefer to extract donor scalp grafts.

Once you have more clearer pics of Mr Joshi....i am sure you will agree his donor is worse than Thane.
And yes, in will ask him..if he can provide few more pics of his,when he was younger...
Also ask dr mwamba...what is his opinion after seeing the donor and recipient of TOM ,after 1month...of last session.
And also the state of donor after 3months of first session on tom.

Also, to make the case more credible, please ask this patient to show us a few photo's he shot in the past. Preferably with longer hair and it would be really great if he could supply a few photo's from when he was a few years younger too. That would help a LOT with credibility.

I don't know. But what I do know is that my galaxy S4 cellphone makes better ones. And I'm NOT exaggerating here.

Exactly my point, Gaz. The worse the quality, the less they reveal us, the more they can hide and the easier they are to manipulate in photoshop. It just greatly reduces credibility.

There is no debating that, it's made clear from the pictures. Maybe he is. He looks like it, that much I can say. But it's hard to tell from these photo's. I really don't get it Dr Nigams. You know, when I went for my surgery, I asked my collegue to shoot some photo's I could send them over. He had just bought a $1000 DSLR cam. This guy is un-technical as they get, he doesn't know anything about technology or how to shoot photo's. He just had the cam in a few days and basically just only pressed the button to shoot a picture. This is the quality:

If somebody totally unskilled can shoot photo's like this, by just clicking 1 button, with a nonprofessional (but decent) camera, then why do you keep showing us photo's like you've just uploaded ? Most cellphone's can make better ones !

Also, again, please ask this patient to send you a few photo's, preferably from a few years back too. It would give the case a lot more credibility.

However I also agree about the photos, they are shite unfortunately, it's clearly a very old camera phone, no normal camera could possibly take photos this bad even if you tried lol.

On a positive it's clear the guy is completely bald, but unless he us able to take better photos on his next visit then we're not going to be able to get a good luck at the donor and how many hairs per graft etc.

Well Arashi, Dr. Nigam wrote that the operation is scheduled for November 5.
So, there's almost a month to have dozens of new photos.
Get from the Internet pictures of Nw 7 which are clear and inseriamole inviamole in the forums or by email at Nigam well knows how to capture them.

Even so, if he can get this guy to a (reasonably) dense nw2 I will be pretty impressed. Annoying that the treatment will continue till next summer though, so even if this guy stays for the entire duration and gets results, we won't see the full extent of them till almost a year from now.

When I went for my treatment with HASCI, I had to send them pictures in the first place, before even going there. That seems like normal procedure right ? I don't see why this guy can't supply us a few pictures of the past. These pictures show his face already, why wouldn't he do that ? And it would give the case a LOT more credibility.
