AAPE Trials - I'll be experimenting with it

AAPE is injected intradermally. 0.02ml per injection up to 3-4mls total every 3-5 weeks I believe. I would say a 30 to31g insulin syringe would work fine and virtually painless.

How are the injections done? AAPE is injected subcutaneously in multiple injections? How much is injected and how many areas?
Thanks.Leave a comment:

http://derminator.owndoc.com/ looks worthwhile since dermarollers suck (more painful than something mechnical), it also doesn't cause microtearing. I just came across it the other day I may get it for topical absorption/ease to microneedle. I might get into AAPE possibly if microneedling is a valid way to deliver the drug like Swooping said.Sogeking, you don't necessarily need to apply it with injections. Microneedling at a depth of like 1.5 mm will do too. Microneedling disrupts the stratum corneum and can deliver big molecules easily across the skin that way.
In fact they do this in Japan too. They can deliver AAPE-HARG either through injections, microneedling, jet-gun, or a fractional laser from what I saw.

Here is a study for instance that shows that microneedling can transport molecules up to at least 72kDa; http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17196697Leave a comment:

Well…swooping would try AAPE, i think it's goingto work. No joking, swooping is strict in judging treatment.Leave a comment:

@swooping - have you started trialing the AAPE yet? What's your method of adminsitering it. I'm currently using injections. My doctor wants to buy a mesogun to trial this, so he's been charging me more to cover the cost of the gun, but I feel like this may not be worth the additional cost
@JHtotheT - no, they didn't ask if I was a doctor, nor did they need ID confirmation. Again, I did mention my doctors name but I don't think that mattered - like I said before, seems like they don't mind consumers having access to this.Leave a comment:

Thanks for that. Might go that route than. Hmm can't really tell how thick 1.5mm is when observing it from the viewpoint of skin itself. Meaning how hard would I need to use dermaroller? Also how do I know I peeled enough of skin away? And after using dermaroller I would just apply AAPE like minox right?Sogeking, you don't necessarily need to apply it with injections. Also one thing to note, the study that was linked showed it could give some regrowth but over a longer period of time. Basically a patient in the study showed some cosmetically significant regrowth well after two years of AAPE being administered to him.
So you guys will have to play the long game.

Thanks for the info, yes ive researched the prp treatment, its just that the treatment offered by this doctor specifically offers that it is a standalone treatment with a duration of 5 years or more(he says 5 years because he has only administered the treatment for that time but says it could last longer), he claims big success with it, if that is true id be willing to go for the treatment, anyway I know he could just be lying.Leave a comment:
