Yeah it's one thing to be interested in these things from a scientific POV, but foolish to base a treatment plan around it. Personally, I thought Follica was the best player in the game, and they have basically shut down, aderans was another A player, but failed as well. Replicel is a B player as is Histogen. (Seti has nothing to do with Follica btw).
More on topic, I think that Seti is an incomplete treatment even looking at it from Cots POV. We are only inhibiting PGD2, but according to their own yin yang theory, we need to be promoting PGE2 (it is already available as a drug). I think SM is the most interesting treatment, there's a lot of evidence for Wnt in treating hair, and it's been demonstrated on men not mice, and this is far more potent. Given that we lack growth stims, it could be pretty useful, and reenergize Follicas wounding modality, as it's surely more potent than topical lithium.
