3d spheroids are promising but These microfollicle , looks ,as of know, the best possibility ....for favourable outcome...for hair growth on a bald scalp.

But again, will know about it's real potential...after it's formation in the lab ,and the miniclinical case study.

I should, probably be able to create these microfollicles by december end, at my lab.
It is the next step ,after creation of 3d spheroids...while we await the results of 3d spheroid injections on test cases...

These microfllicles can be formed ,just by keeping these spheroids for few more days at the lab and with few additions.

I will do a mini case study...and see what is the hair growth potential of these microfollicles created in lab..and than may be go for clinical trail...

By next few months, we would have some idea ,how 3d spheroids are responding to improve HM.
3d spheroids are time consuming to prepare and becomes expensive too...need to find out ways hoiw to automatize the creation of 3d spheroids, can give your feedback for the same...
Microfollicle has the advantage of 3d spheroids plus epidermal stemcell interaction ...and this leads to formation of actual hair follicle in vitro in lab...
Tyoshima, the lead researcher of tsuji labs, formed the new hair on human skin implanted on SICD mice last year, by having both epidermal stemcells and cultured dp cells injected together...

Pics of forming MICRO HAIR FOLLICLE IN VITRO IN LAB,BY GERD..at german lab..shared with me this january, during their visit to my clinic..
I think the time has come to have few official scientific advisors@my lab..gerd would definitely be the first one.

The procedure could be done these days, and within a few months to have clear results. However gc83uk insisted that Dr. Nigam chooses 5 patients. He spoke with Dr. Nigam and agreed that the 5 patients will be recruited by 15 September. Personally I think it's impossible to do this for a short period, Dr. Nigam is very busy and does not have much free time. I'd like to be wrong, because we are all in the same boat. Time will tell. Bananana ... I'm here, my friend, do not worry, I will not go because I'm interested in what will happen but I will not post any comment. As you can see gc83uk claims that doubling much safer option than HM, and he does not knows that hair doubling does not work without stem cell shot, which is just as risky as HM.

All info and news that I received from Dr. Nigam will share with you.
Now you're just getting ridiculous. gc83uk succeeded to get what we all wanted. And which you couldn't arrange for. And now you're trying to make it look like it's a bad idea ? Come on get over it all ready. You failed. Now move on.

I don't know if this has been brought up before, but if Dr. Nigam is able to restore people's hair the way that he claims and has been doing so for some time now, why does he himself wear a wig in parts of this video?

Do you really believe that a person who would be involved in such a cheesy entrepreneurial venture like "slim on the phone" is a man of true science? Do you really believe that this is the "scientist" who will cure hair loss for all of mankind?

To watch how things transpire on these forums is simply amazing. How can any rational, level headed person take any of this seriously?

And this is exactly the stuff we do NOT want you to post. Who cares about those pictures by Lauster. And hinting he might work together with Nigam ... it just sounds ridiculous. I couldn't care less about speculation like this. We want facts and proof. Not speculations and promises.

"YOUR LAB"?... So you have your own lab separate from Dr Nigams lab now?

So we have two labs... "Vecas lab" and "Dr Nigams Slimming/hair loss/yoga lab" too?

Here's a screenshot of one of the frames in his commercial:

Looks photoshopped to me. And is that Catherine Zeta Jones on one side and a Catherine Zeta Jones look-alike whale on the other? Well... the question mark is fitting... given its dubious authenticity.

                    1) I didn't suggest 5 patients this was Dr Nigams idea.

                    2) I have not claimed that doubling is a safer option.

                    3) Suggesting that I don't know that the doubling is done without a stem cell shot, first of all you're wrong, secondly when did I say this?

                    What's wrong with you?

This discussion is not about making fun of Dr. Nigam. We as hair loss sufferers and consumers have to be smarter than this. It is amazing just how far all of this has gone! When I read how much time is being waisted by so many guys on these threads, I just can not believe it. This guy has done nothing but taken your time and he did this by giving you nothing even remotely reasonable to hang your hats on.

Possibly, he has cash and a world class lab with paid researchers, and best of all he works in India were they seem to have no red tape halting proceedings. Even if this guy was a total idiot (which I do not think he is), look at the possitives instead of bashing Nigam, he is open and willing to work together.

Nigam seems to be latching on to some of the top researchers in the game and trying to reproduce what he reads and sees in the documentation of their experiments. I think Nigams lab is one the few places in the world where this could happen. A lot of the experiments Nigam is trying would never be allowed in Europe and USA. So if all Nigam achives is prove the theory of these experiements in the human body, that wouldn't be a bad thing right?
