DR NIGAM, re: Tom Vercetti, the French Moderator

If I'd add up all the sketchy things that happened in the past, the list would be very long. But come on, again, let's focus on Tom's case. For all we know, Dr Nigams might really have succeeded at Hair doubling. If he did, then who cares about the past anyway. For the record, I HIGHLY doubt he can do it. But again, who knows, let's see what happens. -
Come on guys. Everybody knows some 'sketchy' stuff went on in the past. Let's forget about that and let's focus on Tom Vercetti. Dr Nigams knows how he can prove his technique as of next monday. If he doesn't do it, or somehow messes up (by not shooting good photo's), yes, then we're pretty certain that he's a fraud. But let's give him this chance. Don't forget, he sure is knowledgeable (check the threads on HS), he's at least speaking to scientists like Jahoda so there's still a chance all he says is for real. Let's wait a bit with judgement (lol, might sound weird, coming from he having been one of his biggest critics in the past, but I really think he should have a chance).Leave a comment:

That's what I was worried the whole time. I do not dispute his results, and I'd like to prove me wrong, but it is very strange that he was one step ahead of Aderans and Histogen, he would be universally popular. Never, and none of us asked for the opinion of Dr. Nigam an independent expert. I sent an email to Dr. Gerd because Nigam mentioned a "working closely" with him, and Dr. Gerd never confirmed this information. And in the end, if all this is true why do not you show the FDA approval??? Every time you ask him questions relating to safety procedures he did not respond, and avoids talk about it!
Unfortunately, I am very skeptical until I see real evidence of EFFICACY AND SAFETY!!!Leave a comment:

There are some pretty scathing reviews of Nigam's work on the India consumer complaints website.

Here I am, but I am not going to try anything like this unless it is proven to be safe 110%. And I am not talking necessarily about illness like cancer, but also about less serious incidents because I don't have hair to conceal anything.
I believe many others in the NW6-7 realm would feel the same. It is too risky, from an aesthetics point of view at least, if your head is slick bald. Anything going wrong and you are out in the cold.Leave a comment:

But like you said, as long as the photo's are good, it's not even that important. Well in theory it would be even a lot better to do what Didi suggested and get a NW6 patient and have him get 5000 grafts, cause in such a case it would be extremely hard/impossible to manipulate, especially combined with a video showing today's newspaper and his slick bald pre-op head. But I think this is a great start. And Dr Nigams said he wants to document a patient every month, so hopefully he'll do a NW6 with 4000-5000 grafts at some point too.Leave a comment:

But yeah, as long as you can see a SERIES of such photos ...
... where you can see large treated as well as untreated areas in ALL photos, I have no problem even if the guy is Osama bin Laden or Dr. Nigam himself.Leave a comment:

I'm sure you've seen the photo but this is basically what we need: http://www.fileden.com/files/2012/12...th%209.jpg
Preferably even better quality (this photo is shot with a very cheap camera) and multiple angles/photo's to cover the WHOLE area. I think it would be also even better if the hairs are even slightly shorter shaved than in this photo.
Well basically the idea is just that we can count every single hair. You get the ideaLeave a comment:
