yes sir! google is your friend. just mail to chem companies and ask them if they carry hp-chitosan. ---> CAS # 84069-44-3. or you could mail kane from the kaneshop and ask him if he would be able to sell this.

Some of us don't want to be bathtub chemists. TBH, even if I could personally make it for myself, I still want to see this releasesd in pharmacies as it could help an enormous number of people.

No problem, bro. And yes, that information will be very useful to the more pro-active and knowledgable BTTers.

I have no respect for someone who remains emotionally uninformed and would freak out for something like this. Inform your self about what is really going on before spreading pessimism and starting to cry
If that's the case, why did they email a member of TBT a couple of months ago stating they will "update us in a couple of months"?

I can only assume they will release some kind of press release after the convention is over.

Dr Gerd was there through out in the congress with me and had presented a poster titled."Long term organ culture of intact hair follicle in a chip based perfusion system"

Yes they are into many other research apart from hair follicle.
Hope fully dr gerd will be an independent consultant to my lab as our final draft agreement is drafted,in days to come..
It is not always the ex. big names in research, but but a few younger researchers have come out with better ideas in the congress...
But both the senior and junior researchers are doing excellent job,and are very open about sharing their research.
Oh really! Thx Dr Nigam...Great to see they are still enthusiastic about their findings

                Histogen & Replicel

Also guys, Regarding Histogen: We already accessed the Abstract to their presentation, which stated Hair growth remained above baseline at the 1 year mark which is great news!

Replicel's presentation on the other hand is completely unexpected and was NOT meant to happen! I have a feeling they have something to show...

                -Fingers crossed

OK guys, here's something really strange!

Replicel presented their results on the 6th of May

Histogen definitely by today (11th May)...

BUT we haven't heard anything about what they presented! What is going on?

Should we have sent a forum member to the congress? <SIGH>

I am not sure if this has been posted previously. The abstract for the histogen presentation can be found in the link below (507). http://www.nature.com/jid/journal/v1...id201397a.html

looking at the authors of the extract I noticed the company below. I wonder if they will be the location in Asia that will release the treatment. Maybe some one can contact them for some information.

                      Yes.

Very depressing how totally apathetic hair loss sufferers generally are. This is the only forum where this congress is even being discussed! And the traffic in BTT has dropped off a lot this past week.

I have been checking this thread hourly for the past week when possible. Non posting doesn't mean no interest. We are all awaiting the news but it seems nothing has been released.

Ehm.... maybe you guys missed this.... Histogen is not going to do an oral presentation. They will have a "poster" which most likely means they will have a small stand and they'll publicize some older results as IMO if they were to release something new they would do it with more grandeur.

That doesn't mean they might not give us an update soon as reported by Bananana in response to his email to Histogen. And it also is not a negative thing as we in this forum are the ones who assumed they would release an update there when we read the abstract from the journal but no one had ever officially promised us an update at the congress.

But do not expect an update from them today, especially because the session on hair was in the afternoon of the 9th (by the way Aderans did give an oral presentation they went up first and it would be nice to retrieve that). There is however a session on growth factors closing the congress in the afternoon (their time, so pretty much right now) but again Histogen is not listed for an oral presentation and everyone else presenting seems to be talking about growth factors to repair joints and stuff like that.

Again, IMO guys what we should really look forward to is Histogen finding a partner/investor for HSC launch. We know it woks guys! And we know with phase 2B they will hopefully optimize it for better results. And yes it would be really nice to know more and see some longer term results, but we shouldn't be so anxious about getting them.

Why dont they partner with TBT and we all invest £500

Just add a Paypal option at the top for donations too.

I guess another congress has gone by without anything exciting happening.

I knew this would happen - same thing every year.
