    UK.
Kurt stenn was on one year leave... from aderans ..that's
what he told me at wchr,2013,edinburgh.

Regards my association with dr gerd, umax of the german lab..

1)We have agreed on an amount to have rights of their invitro microfollicle for india, wherein i am suppose to make payments in phases plus an amount per patient after the clinical trials.

2)Than i requested to do a mini clinical trial with regulatory approval on at least 50 patients.
    They agreed for the same.

Actually i am yet to revert back to them..on when do we start.
They are very genuine ,but their major focus is not on MPB research..but microchip technology for drug testing.

The reason being, i am testing my own 3d dp culture aggregate and will create my own microfollicle ,may be in next six months..if i fail than definitely i will go ahead with their proposal.
This is only because of the financial commitments required...plus i do not want as on today to put all my money/effort in one basket(unless i am 100% sure)..as there are different approaches followed by different researchers...i would keep my work around different research studies..from tsuji,jahoda,christiano.fuchs.garza.and others..

In the meantime, gerd is ready to help me with my research as consultant, except on microfollicle technology.

This association also i will go ahead after 6 months..if my 3d aggregate,co-cultured dermal and epidermal stemcells in layers, fails to give good efficacy.

Few of you,are not aware that it is not lauster... but dr gerd who was the lead researcher in the published study...the microfollicle creation in the lab in vitro.
Gerd is a part of the company tissuse..lauster is only technical consultant,
Umax is the managing director..and this study was from the company tissuseand it's rights are with umax..the managing director of the company and not lauster...although he was ger'd proffesor in the study..

When i met lauster in berlin..he directed me to gerd for the details...

Thats why i,gerd and umax were having discussions and lauster was not part of these meetings...

I am holding on to buy the process of invitro microfollicle creation (from tissuse)
..as i can only be confident of their microfollicle, only when i inject the same on a human scalp..and see the result for myself..

If i will not be able to create a micofollicle in my lab in next 6 months..i will definitely give their microfollicle a try..as a miniclinical trial..

It is sad to see some pessimestic guys..claiming something on my behalf...without knowing the facts..i did not disclose this information till now..as it is not possible o disclose everything in public domain..

I do believe in their microfollicle..but i would first like to see what happens after i inject 3d aggregate dp cultured cells..in coming months..

I am shocked to hear about aderans...it is little depressing...how can they Quit..
Washniek told me he is seeing results in at least 60% patients on whom jigami was injected..!
I spoke to washniek, stenn and others from aderans at wchr,edinburgh....

I will definitely like to take forward their work, will speak to them..if at all this news is true..

I have always believed to do a miniclinical trial as a medical procedure(as the regulations for a miniclinical trial for medical procedure is different/relaxed than for a drug trial)..for any hypothesis which has a potential, and than go all outonce we have the potential or part cure..or else it becomes too expensive to survive...

It's not just one site YYY, it's their HEADQUARTERS. That's where all the R&D and cell culturing were taking place

The ARI HQ is listed on their website as: 2211 Newmarket Parkway, Suite 142 Marietta, GA 30067

All the other sites were simply injecting Ji Gami and monitoring hair count!

pdg2 blockers + a HT seem to show the most promise now.

    Forget about the others.
Histogen's HSC may never be released. Their company finances are in a poor state. We should not exclude the possibility that they could end up like ARI, short of an injection of money.

I think the most likely successes will be treatments that piggy-back on non-hairloss conditions...

Are you sure this auction relates to their hair stuff. ie ji gami?

The bidding starts at 10 million which isn't massive considering the numbers they deal in.

Now we're should focus our hopes on:

    - Histogen
    - Nigam (however I have my doubts about if he's legit)
    - Follica (maybe)
    - CB-03-01

Histogen and CB are the only things that seem to go forward without complications so far.

Follica is very secretive and they might surprise us very positively one day, just like they did the last time not so long ago out of nowhere with their FGF9 discovery.
