And to be honest, I really don't know what IM would have added with his own case. I mean, we still don't know ANYTHING about the 1s, 2s and 3s that they on average transplant. THAT is a really important aspect. We also don't know a lot about the failed extraction issue. I'm sure Ironman would have demonstrated regrowth (most probably in that 80-85% ballpark) but we have seen that now in other cases too, not sure what this would add to our current knowledge ...

For sure. If it wasn't for your case with his analysis, I might have never gotten to Gho and had a regular FUE instead. But still, there is so much info missing and we still know so little. Hopefully the answers our doctors will give AND your case will shine some bigger light on all of it.

Still haven't decided at this point. If the results and testimonials of all the patients who have went over the last few months turn out well, then I will strongly consider it.

But is it really realistic to ask him to take pictures of his entire head and map it completely with high-resolution photos? So that we can count each and every extraction point and hair in the recipient. That's unreasonable.

I already offered to do the counting. I think we'd only need 6 pictures above his FUT scar and 6 below.

Look at his donor pictures from the side of his head and near the scar, there's no way he has 5-6k extraction points. I can practically count all of them on the side of his head and there isn't anything even remotely near that amount.

But I must say it's hard to make a real educated guess about the drill amount. It might have been lower in my case. In fact, if Kristel mails me tomorrow that they drilled 'only' 4000 times, I'd have no reason to mistrust her. But if she said that the number was 3000 times, I'm SURE that that's incorrect. I'm sure because I counted quite a few times and it was VERY rare that out of 20 extractions she clicked more than 10 times. And that's even without the assistant, who dropped the ratio BADLY.

Besides, if he doesn't want to post all data, what's the use ? Like in my example, even 80% regrowth might mean only 20% real regrowth.

That would mean he had 5600 extractions and that's absolutely not the case. Nobody has that many grafts taken in a single day for any FUE procedure. Not even close. And a quick look at his pictures shows what looks like a 1.4k procedure, nothing even remotely close to double or triple that amount.

We haven't even found the regeneration rate either. So why complain before we even established that?

Arashi, there's no reason to behave like this. IM was extremely generous to post so many great pictures. Nobody, other than gc83uk has done anything remotely like that. So out of respect for the other forum posters, please try not to insult him and ignore him.
