Its still HT and its limited by the number of grafts you can safely implant, if you putt 100 grafts/cm2 there is a good chances many wont survive.

That's limitation he was talking about I think, 70 g/cm density is possible but it isn't full head of hair.

He should not be limited by donor when claiming 100% regeneration. He set the bar very high for himself.

      I'd call a NW1 with > 50grafts/cm2 cured.

when we are kind of see trough thinning, I guess we have less than 50 hairs per cm2 so 100 hairs per cm2 should be already honest.

          150 is perfect

Its a little on the thin end in terms of density, but as long as you can mess up, style, put product in, etc. without scalp showing TOO much, then yeah, 50 grafts/cm2 is good, but only if at 2.5 hairs per graft. Thats actually 7 x 7 grafts in the square cm with ONE additional graft somewhere. Not too shabby.

150 hairs = 60 grafts. I'd be fine with that.

                50 g/cm2 is cure...2.5 of course.

Nigams patient thane has 300 cm2 to cover

We need update on this case. Why Dr Nigam is silent? We are not asking for much just 15 000 grafts

                  15,000 grafts = 37,500 hairs

It would be just about enough to bring him back to a NW1 with good density. And if everything that Nigams has promised us is true, he should have no excuses to get this done.

                      Dr. Nigam,

can you chime in with your plans for this patient?

Oh I don't disagree at all, but 15,000 grafts.. I don't think thats ever been done. It'll be a BIG task. Probably two visits will be necessary. I don't want to throw Dr. Nigam under the bus yet, I never have except for the obviously photoshopped pictures, that deserved the criticism. I'm just going to keep an eye on development and see what happens. I'm expecting the worst but hoping for the best. Fingers crossed, can't wait to see Dr. Mwamba's efforts with this

Correct, I'm not expecting him to get 15k grafts in just one session, that's impossible. But it should be doable in two or three sessions. At least, if everything that Nigams has promised us would be true.

BUT If Im to bet Id say it wont happen and Dr Nigma will come up with some excuse like 'shit, Thanes got HIV and I cant operate on him'
Shouldn't be an obstacle for long, they may have a shot for that:
