My initial prediction was 34% chance Thane will disappear, now it goes up to 97.6%.

You know what, I've thought about it. If you can show us Thane having gotten 15k*2.5 hairs = 37.500 hairs and his donor doesn't look much worse than it is now, after 1.5 years, then...

We'd have to work out the deal, I think the best way would be to deposit the money at a US notary (if Thane is american), in an escrow account. I'd pay the notaries cost up til $1000 and will draft up a small contract that the notary should release the money to Thane if there's convincing proof he's gotten at least 37.500 hairs (which could be estimated by analyzing the hair/cm2 on a few places on his scalp). I'd want to visit Thane in person of course.

You can of course put in some money too Dr Nigams, if Thane wants more than $10.000. But I'm dead serious here. If Thane is interested, let me know and we'll work something out. However, I want to make sure that you're not wasting my time. So if he's gotten less than 10k grafts at 2.5 hairs, so 25.000 hairs (so I'm willing to skip those 12.500 hairs) and/or his donor visibly got thinner, then YOU have to pay the notaries costs plus $5000 to ME. This money should be deposited at the same notary and escrow. Sounds like a fair deal ? If you're confident your therapy works, then this is a free and great motivation for Thane to come back and prove your therapy, right ?

My biggest fear is that you're again going to try to drag this on forever and that in 2 years we still are where we are today and we still haven't seen any convincing proof of your work.

Agreed again here with Didi. Thane is by far the best patient to prove your theories do work. If he disappears, just pay him to come back ! What is $1000, what is even $100.000 when he can prove your theories work ? You'll be making hundreds of millions !!

So the whole statement "Yeah Thane might just disappear" only makes me think that your are going to MAKE him disappear. Because it didn't work.

Where did you hear that? From what I heard from the interview, Spencer said he is always open minded and was behind Mwamba experimenting with Nigam's hair doubling in his clinic. He never said he was behind Nigam. Thats a big distinction!
