I hate saying this, but its very possible that the makers of Histogen got bribed by the big med companies or by the HT mafia to never release it. We're talking potentially billions of dollars in profit that can make a company rich and bankrupt others including the HT industry. With this much power and profit at stake, the chances of this happening should not be underestimated. We've seen historic imprints of proof of what happens when big business profits are threatened by a new company showing off its new product. Case in point; what the auto industry did to the Tucker car company.

Screw the US and Europe at this stage, when is this stuff going to be at least released in Asia? We'll have colonies on Titan and Pluto before the FDA gives it's stamp of approval to Histogen.

This does make sense. I wish something would come of their research. I thought I read on this site that they are in trials, but I never seen anything confirmed. I also Emailed one of the people on their council and they said they are working on curing hairless, but are not in trials at this time.

This implies that the end result is something astronomically better than what we've seen so far. Do they have something they haven't revealed yet? Nah, that's a rhetorical question, lol.

My guess (and this is purely a guess) is that they aren't set up to do full-scale drug/treatment development. They exist to do research and then sell/license the results and patents to larger drug companies to actually do the expensive "last mile" work of developing a drug or treatment. So although they have some great research, it's not far enough along to convince someone like Merck to license their findings *or* they want to develop the findings more fully to drive up the price.

I said this is a guess -- but only as far a Follica goes. It's a pretty common model in the research-pharma world.

Where the hell is Follica. They get out hopes up every two years with some announcement and we never see anything from it. First it was pdg2 and then Fgf9. Cotsarelis said three years ago that we would have something available. Then we here from the pricks two years later about something else.
