You haven't given Dr Nigam a chance since day one. Its personal at this stage. Sure he made some mistakes in his first postings and his english is not 100% which can cause some misunderstandings.

I have no problem with you questioning him and his methods to find concrete answers but its the nature in which you do it. You have insulted him and been plain old nasty at times.

It is perfectly clear to everyone here that Dr Nigam is making a real effort to prove himself and his work. If you don't want to accept this fine, but to constantly attack someone who is trying to pioneer methods that will help us is not only rude but its detrimental to us, this form in general and anyone suffering hairloss including you.

The jury is still out on Dr Nigam as to whether or not he has something special in the making but whats not under question is his effort, work rate and the fact he is a HT doctor trying his upmost to help us all. Whether he will succeed remains to be seen but I will support him and his research all the way as it may help me or my kids some day.

I also commend Gho for his work. We need as many guys as possible working on our side.

You must be a big loser, you're not losing your hair only, you have no sense of humor, and certainly for a long time did not F*** anyone, if you are, then it certainly was not a woman. I believe one has to use combination therapies..as i introduced dp cells into hm ,results improve,i added gf into hm,ecm for healing...and later will introduce 3d spheroidal culture instead of 2d dp culture...

This is an interesting point. Have the overall success rates risen after combining DP culture with HM? You noted you were getting 50% results earlier, what is the rate now?

After trichogenic dp cell injection(not cultured) with HM injections...i am just started seeing better results..it is early to tell... documented percent improvement..
This week ,i will give 1st patient whose dp culture is ready...and will take few months to analyze any data,and we are expecting to i9nject 1st patient with 3d spheroidal culture by august...
Tom saw atleast 4/5 HM patients who had come for regular followup..all had got positive results..some more ,some less as they were only few months post injections..TOM also met and saw..mr verma..who got excellent result with pure HM,Tom also met 15 graft patch test guy...surprisingly as we injected left over stemcells after injecting on 15 graft patch test..he have started getting new visible hair growth around posterior temple area...just with progenitor stem cells,the 15 graft patch test guy will receive is multiplied stemcell injection this week..i will post his stemcell inj result around temples...yes post dp cell inj hm result has improved..exact data...will take few months..now we are keeping record of all patients with photos and follow up...

Excellent, just to confirm, you have not yet tried a patient with BOTH HM and cultured DP am I right? The next step is HM and 3d Culture dp?
