It just comes down to experimentation and documentation. That's where all scientific discovery comes from. I'd consider seeing Dr. Umar too in order to test out his BHE methods and get some personal and empirical data. Maybe it works and maybe it doesn't. The thing is that we won't know unless people are willing to plunge into it and let everyone else know.

So are you still planning on meeting and sharing your technique with Dr. Mwamba like Tom says?

Hate to be the pessimist here, but what is all this dr nigam frenzy about?? Is there one iota of evidence that shows any substantial results? If the top hair researchers in the world at follica, anderans, etc. can't figure it out yet, what does dr nigam have that they don't? Better training? Hard to believe. I appreciate his passion, but I can't help but remain strongly skeptical, as there is absolutely no hard EVIDENCE to suggest otherwise

    Taking the plunge

I am trying to take the risk and make an appointment with Dr. Nigam. I've got my passport replacement on it's way and will be hopefully making my way out there depending on his availability and scheduling. I am just awaiting his e-mail reply. I'll be sure to keep everyone posted on any developments. We are all in this together and I know any feedback is golden to the collective here.

Yes, but that would mean multiple transplants over many years.

It's far simpler to give injections.

Also what are the artistic qualities of Dr Nigam? Can he do realistic looking transplants?

    I haven't seen any pictures.

It seems to me the easiest way to resolve this problem is to identify a mechanism for donor regeneration. Seems like a far easier task

Will these injections eventually restore full density or are we a long time away from that type of result?

Mwamba is a very good option!!!

If the "hair doubling" 100% regen is legit, and Mwamba learn it, it's the best news of 2013.... no.. wait, we'll see for the pricing policy!!!
Gho is already quiet en expense.

he would be the best person to work with Dr Nigam and potentially make doubling mainstream.

Dr Nigam/Dr A, can you get in touch with each other?

He's easily one of the more well-read forum members on the cutting edge side of things. And well respected in general.

You're right. At least, he is as trustworthy with all his "dp" posts as all the other guys with their "fin" posts (or "RU" posts - or crap whatever).
