Boldy's visit is also a boon for me..and my lab..
He brings with him..new improved protocols..specially regards 3d spheroidal aggregated culture methods,in a shorter time,
He is more sure than me, regards neofollicle growth..
as i will be excited only after physically seeing the new follicles grow.....
I am sure results will definitely improve..but by what percentage...is what we will come to know in coming months...
He will be there in mumbai for 30 days..hopefully ,i will post pics of aggregated 3d dermal papilla created in the lab...
I discussed with boldy..that, i would like to take DP aggregate.. further to creation of microfollicle in lab and implantation into the scalp.
Dr Nigam
This link discusses a new microfiber fabrication technology for engineering a 3D hair fibre. Could be useful in the creation of a microfollicle.
Hate to be the pessimist here, but what is all this dr nigam frenzy about?? Is there one iota of evidence that shows any substantial results? If the top hair researchers in the world at follica, anderans, etc. can't figure it out yet, what does dr nigam have that they don't? Better training? Hard to believe. I appreciate his passion, but I can't help but remain strongly skeptical, as there is absolutely no hard EVIDENCE to suggest otherwise
the difference is that nigam is not bound to any company and is not trying to go through the FDA with a product. i think advanced treatments already exist but are trapped in US clinical phases. nigam bypasses all this crap, so we're hopefully just getting what "they" have even quicker. this means we will know what to expect with these other treatments. hence the excitement.
rahal hairline + stem cells for the mid and crown = epic hair
hoping one day this will work out for all of us.
looking forward to the Dr's updates on this busy thread
I just asked this question....a few posts up from this....
anyway....would be great if someone could answer it?
I can't see how you can stop the cells from going on their own path, so it will be impossible to get the hairline right.....maybe that will mean getting the hairline transplanted and the rest done by injection ?

Question has probably been asked, but...cell therapy for the hairline in particular? How do you ensure that works properly?
or better off doing cell therapy for density and HT for frontal region?

Btw how do we know that we can trust Boldy? He only joined in January after Dr Nigams.
Wow you guys really aren't obsessing over hairloss I guess...
Any hairloss forum-dweller worth his salt knows boldy/gangsterboy is THE man when it comes to cutting edge treatments. He is the Desmond of *** or perhaps beyond. Personally the reason why I'm so optimistic when it comes to this little arrangement is precisely that boldy is going to be the person who receives the treatment. Which means not only is a very intelligent dude confident in the procedure but also we will have objective and verifiable feedback instead of risking some shill...
Seriously, boldy is probably in the top 25 worldwide of mpb knowledge...
Some people are getting way ahead of themselves in this thread....
I want to see some results and then see some significant acknowledgement by key persons from the hair loss world before I will start saying this is some kind of improved treatment from what we currently have....
What I don't understand is........if cells are injected into the scalp and form new follicles which lead to hair growth........how do you form a hairline by simply injecting......would the cells not spread out in all sorts of different directions....they could end up under the skin of the forehead and you could end up growing a hairy forehead........how is this prevented?
So are you still planning on meeting and sharing your technique with Dr. Mwamba like Tom says?
Please I didnt said anything.. They will just have a meeting, no information need to be disclosed. It's their business.. maybe it will be Christmas for dr mwamba fan here, maybe not. We need to wait
