hey guys,

we have indeed put follicles in a culture dish, supplemented with fgf and wnt 10b, to check their growth, which is interesting.

further more, my DP cells + nigams hm are expanding in culture, but at the current doubling speed is moderate with my cells,so it looks like I have to make a second trip within 2 months, until the cells reach the desired count.


furthermore, the ordered materials for the different 3d methods, have still not arrived yet, hopefully soon next week.

regarding the use of beard cells is indeed very genius.. to use DHT as a growth simulator instead of inhibitor.

I will keep you guys updated if there is any news. for now, I have seen them working on wesley, doing his doubling,they have filled his head from the temples to the crown. Nigam has made before pictures and asked wesleybelgium to update his progress from time to time, so that would be probably a good case for us, to monitor the success rate of the doubling.

Another thought which came to our mind is,
since beard hair are,paradoxically positively stimulated by dht,
it makes sense to use them for isolation and culture of dermal papilla cells and follicle stemcells...as they will grow better than the donor scalp hair,when implanted in the balding scalp..as they will be positively stimulated by dht in balding scalp.

News is that,
boldy has seen pics of successful hm results and will meet these patients in person in coming days.

Boldy has also seen in person,15 graft patch test result case.

We have developed few good protocols for 3d spheroid dp cultures.

We have started a new test to prove doubling by observing the bisected grafts at different levels,
and have put the bisected follicles in a special culture medium in the lab,
have taken the pics and will observe the result of their growth in coming days.

Another thought which came to our mind is,

Tom's case pics should give us some idea of donor regen with invitro technique, in 2months..
