No...what that presentation is referring to is that Aderans is conducting one last 6 month Phase 2 trial in 40 subjects and is due to complete on April 2013!

All other 10 trials have now completed

No it means they enrolled the 400th patient in september 2012. They didnt start 400 patients in september 2012. Assuming a year, phase 2 will be officially over in september 2013 I guess.

Since they have so many trials going on at once, could they not start Phase III for the other tests now seeing how so many Phase II trials are over? I mean, do they all need to start at the same time for Phase III? Seeing how Phase II trials are all over the place that raises some questions.

According to this, another Phase II trail with 400 trail subjects started in September 2012 - just around 5 month ago, which takes all in all 18 month. I don't think they start parallel a Phase III trail until ALL Phase II trails are completed - besides the fact, doing this wouldn't make any sense at all, because they MUST know from all running Phase II trails, which "JiGami protocol" works best. At least, that's what Washenik explained in his 2010 presentation in Tokyo.

Washenik reports since 10 years "positive news" at such meetings and Naughton reported actually just the same old HSC stuff plus a few BS photos as you can see them on Chinese or Indian hairloss cure websites if you like to see such BS photos and some other presenters reported that they believe they can fly. I mean, seriously ...

The "positive news" is that Aderans are definitely headed into phase III - this was not known for sure, some said that they didn't have good enough results to warrent the costs of phase III and they would just give up. Now we know that's not the case. It may not be positive news to you Ironman but you only have to read the other posts on this thread to see that a lot of other forum users are very happy with this news.

You could have dropped finasteride 5 years ago. You have plenty of options. Nizoral + GLA should hold your hair assuming it's slow and not aggressive.

Oh, I just went by the fact that Propecia is able to at least keep your hair for 10 years so as a worst case scenario I gave Aderans the same time frame!

Being the first generation of patients that will use Aderans, we will be the ones that they will collect data on (Phase 4 studies) to figure out how long its effects may last; very much like Propecia

It will be interesting to see the statistical figures on 15 and 20 year propecia studies when they are finished...

I wanted to ask Desmond the same question. Where did that comd from? Was it mentioned in the Aderans presentation? Or does the theory come from Ironman? I take it this 10 year thing comes up due to this leakage issue but as the previous poster asked why wouldn't you just get the proceedure done again and renew the effects?

Dunno where he found it or how long he's known about it, knowing him he's prob known about it for a while but didn't want to share positive news cos he only likes to post pessimistic stuff.

He posted it on the Histogen thread a few days ago, don't know how long before that the article was actually published, coulda been months ago as it is basically a follow up to the October meeting. Looks like it could be a ISHRS news letter or maybe printed in the ISHRS magazine if there is such a thing.

The other thing that annoys me is that Spencer must have known about this for months as well. The announcement was made at the ISHRS so any doctor that was there would have heard the announcement. We know that Spencer has spoken to Dr. Ziering since then plus has undoubtly spoken to many other doctors who attended. I can't believe that this didn't come up in conversation, as I see it this is the first treatment for hairloss to seek approval for phase III since Propecia! Why didn't Spencer announce this on his show? In fact I don't think Spencer hardly talked about the ISHRS meeting at all, as far as we were all concerned nothing good came out of it. Why is it that the users of this forum find stuff out and announce it more than the guy with all the connections? Isn't the whole point of his show to support us and provide us with the latest info!?
