Here I am at 4 months after surgery:

I have experienced some pretty amazing thickening the last few weeks. I'd planned to update at month 5, but why wait?

    Looks great!
Can you see any difference between the original and transplanted hairs?

I waited about 4-5 months, I think it might have been a cancellation. It's standard to wait for the better surgeons, as their reputation grows. I'm probably not helping by posting here, so apologies about that...

BTW are you worried that without fin, you may continue to lose hair?
It's a concern I have but I have no choice. I have weighed everything up and I'm not totally without a strategy, i.e. use of minoxidil and Regenepure. I'm hoping we see some better treatments over the next few years too.

Just been having some online consultations. Can't believe how long the waiting list is for a Hair transplant!!!

Almost a year waiting list just for a face to face consultation with Feriduni !!!!

How long did you have to wait for a HT with Feriduni? Did you have a face to face consultation?

Has taken my motivation of getting a hair transplant away. I need a HT asap ie. in next 4 months ideally.

Anyone available that doesn't have such long waiting times?

    Hi Chrisis

This is gonna be highlight of 2013.epic. This is what Dr Cole said on in other thread: http://www.baldtruthtalk.com/showthread.php?t=12483&page=4 'Dr. Nigam invited me to his clinic. I'm going to go. I don't like walking into that drug resistant tuberculosis infested place, but i'm going. If he has something, I'm

Can you chime in here, and post your experience with finasteride.

It seems like the pro propecia crew are imposing their views on everyone.

    Cheers.

I've documented the whole lot in the 'Blitzing Belgium' thread. A few threads below this one. Plenty of info there......if you've anything else to ask once you've had a look, ask on that thread and I'll be happy to help.

I'd rather not clog up Chrisis' thread.

Hi chrisis, sorry to keep asking the same kind of question re the recovery but I'm just making my final decisions. Thanks for your replies so far. But at which point did you find that, A) all signs of surgery had gone, and B) were you able to go outside relatively bare without it been overly noticeable you'd had anything done?

Having a bad hair time at the moment and its getting me down, and this recovery stage issue is the only hurdle I need to sort out.

    Really appreciate your replies

    Yo Chrisis.....

Just wanting to know a bit about the journey....

I think the eurostar should be easy enough but how is the journey once you are in Brussels?....

So I went for a haircut today, and at 4 months post surgery absolutely nothing was mentioned. I chose not to bring it up and it really seemed they didn't notice anything.

    Success!

At this point I am considering trying some.
Not at the moment, I'm too worried about sides. Even if they're "natural".

Thanks drybone. My last photos were actually at 3 months. I'm at 4 months now and have had considerably more growth and thickening. I'll be updating with more photos in about 4 weeks.

    I'm 29 and turn 30 next month
