    About me

Hello, my name is coltoght, 32 years old, started to notice more hair loss than usual about 6 months ago. Before that, I worked in a stressful environment, often stayed up late and paid little attention to my diet. I also suffered from psychological stress due to work pressure and prolonged insomnia.
After going to the doctor, I was diagnosed with hair loss due to prolonged stress and a diet lacking in nutrients, especially iron and protein. In addition, I also had a genetic factor in my family related to male pattern hair loss.

Geometry Dash is a popular rhythm-based platformer that challenges players to navigate through colorful, obstacle-filled levels synced perfectly to music. In addition, I also had a genetic factor in my family related to male pattern hair loss.
I began treatment by improving my diet, supplementing with essential vitamins and minerals, and reducing stress through meditation and gentle exercise. After a few months, my hair showed significant improvement and reduced hair loss.

Psychological stress, work pressure, and prolonged insomnia can push hair follicles into a resting phase, leading to noticeable shedding.

You mentioned upping your iron and protein. did you have to take high-dose supplements, or did you just manage it with actual food? I've been thinking about trying biotin or iron supplements but I'm not sure where to start.
