    I feel your's pain guys.
Same sh!t. I was young and happy. And i will tell more, i have pretty face and fkin baldness ruined my image. Baldness started too early, in 14 i started to lost huge parts of hair. I felt very scary and ask mom: "What da hell is going on?" But she didnt pay attention, she was busy and made me busy too. School+sport+additional lessons+homework+preparation to institute exams, after was hard study in chemical university. So i lost to my 20-22 years about 50% of top. Girls look me like on a freak. Now i'm 26 and i'm Norwood 5-6. Feels bad. I'm very angry now, avoiding people, not visiting parties or something, trying leave home only for work and if need visit some shop. Wearing hats all times, even in summer. But when i'm without hat, i always thinking about hairstyle and trying to check and fix it. Too many times thinking about hair. Do i need to say that i havent relationship with women? I'm enough heared: "no thx bald a$$" or "ahahah you look like my dad, no ofc". I prefered to lose some finger or maybe even palm, but not hair.
And so pity to know that in this world all about money... This fkin FDA and Big Pharma. Hard to think that cure never come, because serious guys not interested to lose money...
When i was young i tried to fix baldness with fin, but it influence hard on my potention, after 3 months i lost erection (i eat 1/4 of tablet per day), and it was very hard to turn it back in 6-8 months, after this expirience i forgot about fin. Used minox but didnt help much.
I think to shave head... Already have hat like Walter's White. Need only find a lab on wheel (i'm chemist hehe)

If you're this depressed, you have nothing to lose. But before you start with antidepressants, make an appointment with a psychologist or go to your GP and tell him/her about your mental problems. You need help (as do a lot of others on this forum in my opinion).
What's a psychologist gonna do, will s/he regrow my hair?!

Well what can I say to that. I guess you've reached a higher level of existence.
    I'm still vain and shallow.

No, I'm in my 30s. And its not like I've become fat, but I'm not as fit as I used to be. It happens with age.

Why should we continue to accept that at mid-life we are supposed to look old.

You started balding relatively late compared to most here on this forum. The reason why you're getting bashed by some is because you act like life is over even though you have been able to enjoy your hair longer than most of us. Then you come telling us that you're very depressed.

That's pretty much the viewpoint I (and I think most others on here) have. I'm not saying that this viewpoint is correct, just saying that it's my (and probably our) viewpoint. Tht having said, balding is never fun.

I think we should stop repeating the fact that he started balding relatively late compared to most of us. We get it, it's been said over and over, now move on. Clearly he has a hard time dealing with hair loss and comes to this forum to talk about it, to speak his mind. In return he gets called names and whatnot. Ofcourse you can give him some tough love but you should keep being polite in my opinion.

Also, OP: if balding is causing you this much stress/anxiety/depression that you'd rather be dead than bald, see a psychologist and, if necessary, start to take anti-depressants.

Most of the images of HT's on top of these threads are of men over 30. Growing old bugs everybody. If I was 6'1 230 I wouldn't care about my hair at all but that doesn't mean he shouldn't care. I would shave my head no matter what hairline I had but this mpb still bugs the heck outta me. Nobody can tell anybody how they should feel about something. I do feel bad for the younger guys now with social media and the photographed obsessed world now where everybody has a camera everywhere you go.
HairlessM, thanks for the reply and understanding. I think it's people like baldozer who do a deservice to the hairloss community by saying I'm a pathetic whiner for complaining about hairloss at my age. Yet we so men in their 50, 60, 70 and even older with full heads of hair.

I think I came across what AAS stood for once, but I don't remember. Anabolic Androgen Somethingorother? Steroid users are just kind of sad, imo... compensating for horrible genes by taking synthetic T which their body wasn't built to handle much less produce. The weirdest thing is a lot of them actually LIKE that it shrinks their nuts... they say it makes their dicks look bigger by comparison *facepalm*

Didn't know that about creatine, although I guess it doesn't apply to me.

I don't understand posts like this.

That said, I'm jealous... I noticed my hair loss at 26.5, I can't really hide it now (just turned 28), and I'm barely 5'10" in the morning.
