Well bro, in the first pic its clear that youre receding and its not a mature hairline. I hate it when people say that in denial. Im 16 and losing my hairl very aggressively too.

You're lucky that you have very thick density and good hair genetics meaning you should be able to cover up no problem so far. Aside from taking Avodrat or Fin I dont see anything else that can work, maybe RU. Youre already doing everything in your power, keep at and I wish you the best.

It's all about catching it early. Some people get irate when they see that I'm using a hardcore regime despite not yet being an NW2, 3 etc. yet this is clearly the best way to approach hair loss.

I mean, what's the alternative? Wait until your hairline has receded significantly and then take action? No thanks. Every male member of my family is a slaphead and I don't plan to join them.

The regime I'm currently on has definitely slowed it down. I'm not convinced it's stopped it though. Another issue is that I can't take a break from treatment. If I go a few days without using Regaine or RU, my temples will start to shed hairs again. You need to be very consistent with all areas of the regime if your hairloss is aggressive.

            0.5mg Avodart (dut) ED
75mg RU in 3ml Neogenic ED
            Revita shampoo ED
Regaine foam once or twice ED (will be switching this for a 15% minox soon)

Buy your RU from Anagen Inc if you're in Europe. It's about £100 for 10g. Since you'll use between 50mg and 100mg ED depending on how aggressive your hairloss is, it will last you 100-200 days. The vehicle that you dissolve it in is down to you. Your options are:

            1) Combine propylene glycol and a high % alcohol. Cheapest option but also a fair bit of work.
            2) KB solution. £15 for 50ml. You'll probably use 1ml ED, lasting 50 days. Available from Anagen Inc. I have previously used this. Unfortunately, once applied, nothing else can enter your scalp. If you're planning to use minox on your scalp as well, you have to apply it before RU. Since I wanted to use RU directly after showering to maximise it's penetration of the scalp but also use minox, I had to find a new vehicle.
            3) Neogenic. £65 for 168ml. Available on eBay. I use half of each dose a day (3ml), lasting 56 days. Doesn't prevent minox from entering the scalp afterwards, which is ideal for me.

I'm fairly certain RU would help you out, although there are a number of factors you haven't told me, such as the current state of your hair, what treatments you've already tried etc. It's considered perhaps the most effective hairloss treatment available, plus you're less likely to get sides with it compared to fin, dut etc.

Thanks so much for this man.

Ive been on fin for just over 3 months and my hairloss has only gotten worse.
Im a diffuse thinner and my left side is in a far worse that than my right side which is NW1.2. I have a lot of miniaturized hairs near my temple and my frontal hairline. If i lose these hairs i'll go straight to NW3-4. WHats killing me is that I dont know if Fin is working for me and this is a shed I'm going through or if it has sped up. Considering I started balding at 16 this seems very possible to me. Ive tried s5 cream for like 5 months prior to finasteride and didnt really lose much hair. i stopped using it once i got on fin.

Do you know where I can buy Ru if Im from Canada, if not its cool ill probably finds myself after some research. Thx bro

I too have loads of miniaturized hairs on my hairline. These appeared as I waited almost a year for results from fin. You sound like you're in a similar situation. I would seriously recommend you try RU whilst you wait to see if fin is having any effect. This way, you can protect against any more receding at your temples (I wish I had done this).

Kane Shop, run by the same people as Anagen, provides RU for people in the USA. Not sure if they deliver to Canada, you'd have to look into it. Also, if you're not using minoxidil, start using it. Fin/RU might stop hairloss, but only minox will attempt to regrow hair. You could also try Revita or Regenepure shampoo, but they make minimal difference really.

How are you doing on your regimen? I wanted to know - have you experienced any nipple sensivity during the regimen?

Thought I would post another update.

Upon taking pictures of my temples, it's clear that my temples have definitely got worse.

(Zoom out to 33% to get a decent idea of the receding)

When I first decided to take the plunge and start using dut/ RU, there wasn't significant receding at my temples. I thought I had caught it in time. The fact that my right temple has developed into a a widows peak is pretty ridiculous. The density of my hair is still good, and obviously I'm not too far along the NW scale, but this receding shows no signs of stopping.

The weird thing with my hairloss is that it's always continued at a slow, steady rate, regardless of what treatment I'm on. Interestingly enough, I've also never experienced shedding when adopting a new treatment.

I take dut and apply 100mg RU every day. The DHT levels in my body should be minimal. Perhaps it's the case that some people just don't respond to treatment. I mean, I started using minox the day I noticed receding at my temples, which was age 16. I literally couldn't have caught it any earlier. I see no sign of this gradual decline of my temples stopping and, as a result, I'm tempted to stop throwing money at expensive treatments and spending my free time lathering RU and 15% minox solutions on my scalp, rather than going out and enjoying myself.

If you suffer from aggressive MPB, I really think you need to weigh up the pros and cons of starting hair loss treatments. You can have a good crack at stopping it, but it might be the case that's its impossible for you to be successful in long-run, unless you're willing to take stuff like spiro, which will nudge you towards being a female.

Hey bro, dont stop treatment you never know it may be slowing it down...

I also got on Dut and have been on it for almost a month, my hairloss hasn't stopped and is quite a bit worse than yours

                              http://imgur.com/a/paQqV#17RnV7h Heres a phot album

You really should try to get better pics so we can have a better idea of what going on.

MOST IMPORTANT: try s5 cream. I was on that for quite a while before stating finasteride and had alomost no progression of hair loss. Now that Ive been of of it for 5 months the hairloss has gotten significantly worse. Try it and report back like every month.
