Your photos are not bad at all c5000 but it's a little harder to count the individual hairs compared to gc83uk and Iron_Man. If you look at Iron_Man's photos, for example, they are zoomed in to a smaller area and it's much easier to count the individual hairs and observe the extraction sites.

If you could possibly try to replicate IM's photos, then it would be mush easier to preform an analysis. With the pictures you have provided, we can get a general idea but an exact count would be difficult. Maybe others will be able to do it though.

When you had your procedure did many of the new hairs come out in the shower when you were trying to soften the scabs with conditioner? I must have noticed atleast 20 this monring.

Also did you find that the minox was leaving like a layer on your scalp?

    Cheers
    c5000

    Hi Gaz

Are you having any luck in documenting my regrowth or are my photos not good enough?

I noticed on my camera this morning that I had the quality set to "fine" so I've changed it to "super fine", I'm in work just now but will put up more pics tonight.

I didn't realise they had somewhere in Indonesia -- I'm in Australia so that would save a huge flight + Costs if true. Has it already opened?

HAIRS - sure. But whole "grafts" (hairs with some tissue on them)?
I can't imagine that this is still possible - not after 5 days.

Oh, next time try to make a good close-up photo of these "grafts",
because you already mutated to a damn good photographer!

... seems I have to catch up.
There was defintely skin on these hairs, am I healing slower than normal?

It was hair from the crusts that came off...

Horrible feeling seeing hairs coming out.

I'll maybe shave it to a grade 1 (number 1) with clippers on Monday mornng.

Here are my Day 5 Donor pics:

Day 5 - Saturday - Donor - Back of Head (Just Under Scar):

Day 5 - Saturday - Donor - Left Side of Head:

Day 5 - Saturday - Donor - Right Side of Head

I can definitely see the hairs growing through. It's unbelievable.

My recipient is looking good now too...

A few grafts came out in the shower when I was conditioning my hair to get rid of the crusts. I was really gentle but I guess it's unavoidable for the grafts to fall out... Quite upsetting at the time but I just keep telling myself that they will grow back... They will won't they? haha

Yeah, I'm getting a bit worried about the length of the hair now too. When would be safe to shave the donor area?

On a positive note, that photo is good and I can see hairs starting to grow through quite a few of those light brown extraction points, can you see the same? Looks encouraging and it's only day 4!

and Gaz I appreciate any effort you can make to document the donor in the left hand side, I'll keep doing my best with photos.
I think this is a good idea:

You try to observe the area (with photos) under your small scar,
and Gaz tries to observe the other area.

After around day 13 or day 14 (in my opinion, it's not necessarry anymore to make photos AFTER day 7,8, 9 and so on.
After day 13 or 14, shave either your whole head (to get everywhere the same lenghs of hairs), or just the 2 mentioned observation areas.
