For anyone wondering, my opinion concerning AGA is that it can't be efficiently treated without 1. inhibiting the binding of DHT to androgen receptors and 2. normalizing levels of prostaglandins.

    1. can be achieved by systemically inhibiting the conversion of testosterone to DHT by the enzyme 5-alpha reductase (e.g. finasteride) or by locally using an antagonist of those androgen receptors (e.g. RU58841, CB-03-01, ASC-J9).

    2. can be achieved by locally using an antagonist of CRTH2 receptor (e.g. OC000459, TM30089, ramatroban) or by using an inhibitor of the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzyme (e.g. indometacin) in combination with an inhibitor of mast cell production (e.g. cromoglicate). In all cases, especially if inhibiting the production of prostaglandins, one needs to stimulate the synthesis of PGE-2 (e.g. minoxidil, sodium valporate (?), AHK-Cu (?)) or supplement with exogenous PGE-2 (i.e. pure PGE-2).

What's interesting with BNP-32 is that the patent states that it immunizes hair from androgens and stimulates the synthesis of PGE-2 (?), making it a fairly all-in-one product. It's up to you to believe whether this is true or not. I essentially posted this in hope of convincing people exclusively using RU or OC (for instance) to enlarge their regimen. You can't, theoretically, experience significant results without using RU in combination with OC and PGE-2, for instance.

@JulioGP : The Lubrajel sample comes premixed and anything under 10 mg can't be accurately measured (or measured at all) with the type of scale most people, here, are using, so you shall end up doing everything in a very approximate way. The study suggests to prepare solutions with a concentration from 0,05 to 0,10 mg per mL, so if you prepare a 10 days batch at 0,10 mg/mL, you'll likely end up, like me, taking approximately a tenth of your product with a spatula and, since the vehicle is already premixed, attempt to mix it homogeneously in the gel (which is a fairly tedious task, since the gel has a very rubbery texture, which is to be expected from a polymer).

As for Kane, Sigma-Aldrich sells BNP-32 for approx. $9K/10mg, so I guess you do get what you pay for. I'm sorry, but I'm too lazy to attempt interpreting their mass spectrum and can't find any in the litterature to make a quick comparison. Though, seeing the sides I get from bimatoprost, which is a fairly marginal product, I do believe Kane isn't selling snake sand. I'm mainly worried about how their products are handled and preserved after being synthesized. I personally am asking Kane to ship my orders using Fedex Intl. Priority; peptides obviously have a ridiculously small shelf life. I suggest anyone to do the same.

PS : I'm not, by any stretch of the imagination, working for Kane or the owners of BNP-32's patent (for use in AGA), but I do have a major in chemistry.

"1) Measure 10 ml of purified / distilled water.
    2) Dissolve 10mg of BNP-32 into the 15ml of purified water.
    3) Mix 1 ml of this water / BNP vehicle with 6 grams of your gel. "

Now, is it possible to trust that the substance sold by this site really would be 10mg of pure substance, without addition of any placebo?

And few ml probably would not last many days applying everyday on the scalp, unless the application was in fractions of milliliters.
I wouldnt dissolve all 10mg of BNP at once. If youre trying to mimic the study, you'll need it to last up to 21 days. I'd make no more than 5 day batches at a time. Who knows what the shelf life is like.

    Guys

Despite the issue being going on for some time, there are some issues that I still could not understand. They said that this product is being sold by Kane, who is Kane? It is a reliable seller? Because I believe that this substance has to be legitimate and safe to use as well. Is there any medication that has this Natriuretic Peptides?

These photos of the patent are very encouraging.

Considering everything I have in my regimen, I can't really attest the vellus hair are exclusively due to the BNP-32, though. Everything is stored in a refrigerator (I don't have access to a freezer) and prepared in batches of 10 days. For anyone following my progress, I will be entirely dropping Bimatoprost from now on. The side effects are just unbearable (eye discomfort/pain and prrrrobably a slight darkening of the iris). Bimatoprost also stimulates the synthesis of testosterone (?) which is readily converted to DHT which is obviously unwanted in the scalp and do cause some additional breakouts on the face/upper back. PGE2-alpha level being already fairly elevated in scalps of balding men (?), treating AGA with bimatoprost doesn't seem that interesting, afterall. Since PGE2-alpha is responsible for increasing hair shaft diameter (?), though, I assumed it would've been interesting in conjunction with BNP-32. I'm only using 1 mL of 2.5% RU58841, so I don' t want to risk increasing DHT too much, either.

    (?) = speculation/unsure.
sounds to me like a commercial

encouraging, keep on top of it, keep taking pictures.

and check for any side effects of course!

Do you store BNP-32 the same way you store RU? In the freezer etc

What is the vehicle, the everclear mix, Kb soltuion, or the lubrajel from the patient?

nice to hear. two questions; 1. where did you buy the bnp-32? (your source) and 2. what vehicle are you using?

    thank you.
