I live in Miami, FL. Known as one of the cities that inhabit the most beautiful people. I have lived here all my life, but have traveled around and I will tell you that is 100% true. Girls here are beyond words.

I walk around South Beach in awe sometimes at the sight of the women, then point my head to the ground, as I kick rocks at the sight of a dude walking the street that just finished surfing with blonde pulled-back wet hair with a forehead the size of a small dry eraser. No scalp showing in the least. It really sickens me. It hurts because I am a 6 ft. blue eyed athlete that many would say is attractive. I have always felt that way my entire life until the age of 24 when I noticed my hairline corners going south.

Now at 27, not one minute passes where hair-loss doesn't cross my mind, not one window goes unlooked at, as I walk downtown and check my hair, hoping the recent gust of wind didn't reveal my "real hairline."

Beach? You think I ever even think about going in water? LOL. I dream of diving in and coming out without my thinning scalp showing for all the women to see. It's horrible man. It's just how I feel bro.

I hope Histogen and other treatments make it to market, but sooner than later. My thinning is aggressive, but if treatments came out today I would be close to cured because I'm not "bald" yet. Just diffuse with a hairline that's wants to say bye-bye.

Wish you all the best fellas'. It's crazy how you can be very attractive and how something like hair can impact that DRAMATICALLY.

You should hear some of the sh*t they say at a bar or social gathering about other dudes. I hear it ALL. Like, "Stacy what about him?" "Eww, no, I think he is balding and has a big forehead...gross."

Or, "that guy has a receding hairline, he looks like my dad, no thanks." I hear it allll the damn time. God knows what they say about me, I just block it from my head because I can't do ANYTHING about it.

It's the god damn worst feeling in the world. You think they don't care, you think girls just care about your personality, until they go to the bathroom and laugh behind your back at your thinning scalp. Dude, my own girlfriend tells me what other girls say. It's F'ing evil, shallow, and downright mean. BUT that's reality. It's the world we leave in where perception is reality.

I can go on and on about what I hear from girls about others or when I'm talking to a stranger how there eyes slowly move from mine to my hairline. Do they think I am retarded? I want a cure. I want it now. It's not F'ing fair man. Life is not fair and it's a cold world when your bald. I can careless if anyone disagrees. Know what you're feeling man, it's tough. Women do like to pretend to be all sensitive when they're really not. Sure, once a girl has fallen for you as a person it's different, but it would definitely be harder initially attracting a new girl.

Just focus on that feeling you'll have when you get your hair back. Almost like retribution, an evening of the playing field, an excuse to be overly selective with women (because they are with us). That is going to be an amazing part of my life.

Yes, it will continue, but it won't be pleasant. A satisfactory life also depends on your psychological well being. Just because you dont LOOK depressed doesnt mean you aren't. Like I said, its a social problem; if society demonizes you for being bald or balding, theres NOTHING you can do about reversing that stigma other than fighting the problem or shaving it all off and accepting your fate, which as you well know most women prefer a guy to just shave it all off.

Do I have a problem with society? Hell yes, its bullshit. We shouldnt have to looked down upon as inferiors just because 'god' gave us the wonderful gift of AGA.

Oh come on, I mean I am very upset too obviously, but life will continue even if the cure is never found in our lifetime, you just need to be a little stronger and work hard for the things you want.

And I have to say I had never heard Spencer say something like what he said in the show on Tuesday "for the young sufferers you will live hairy 30's" or something like that... we are on the way to having something very close to a cure in 5-10 years, I know it won't be an easy cure, and it won't be a pill you just pop once, but at least it'll make me look good and that's all I want.

I can shave for the time being, and work really hard in the meantime.

So let's see.. money for creating tension, violence, war, and interference...

appropriate just a fraction of that money to biotechnology companies developing treatments and cures to relieve people from severe physical and mental suffering that in itself will create a ginormous market and pay back numerous multilpes over time... and, no to mention the economic gains from increased productivity and competitiveness with a healthier population...
