That's the dumbest thing I ever heard. As long as you don't plan to do career in the industry where very much depend on looks, i.e actor, model, gigolo, whatever, you can achieve as much as every other hairy guy. And it doesn't matter if you're bald in your teens, 20s, 30s 40s and so on.

No offense, but he is right. I know plenty of headhunters that don't even bother pursuing people that have thinning hair (one headhunter said that a maturing hairline is even enough) because their chances of getting hired in most industries is slim to none. It is what it is.

This is one of the most retarded things I have ever heard. Given I see so many balding guys working in the city.

I work in IT...there are loads of ugly (but talented) people in my field. My work colleague has a bald patch forming.

I have friends who are similarly working, that are balding but Oxbridge graduates.

Are these guys headhunting for esquire or vogue?

In that case, they may be safe if their boss is balding. If not, they are goners.

Now I see that trolling is strong with this one.

Another depressed balding guy who thinks that whole world is against bald/balding guys.

                        Or a simple troll.

If you can't get a job in IT, it's not due to lack of hair, but lack of abilities.
Nobody cares about hair it's whether your adaptable and can learn.

In public accounting, balding in yours 20s = no job.

However, all the crusty, old, white partners in their 40s, 50s, and 60s are bald. However, they do not hire 20 something balding guys.

Balding in your 20s = no job
Balding in your 30s = some deterrent
                            Balding in your 40s, 50s, 60s = nobody cares.
