I looked into booking a few weeks ago and they told me that the first available appointment was the end of May, or beginning of June. By the time I got back to her the end of May was already booked. i've decided to hold off and just go for a consultation in June.

Rassman has photos of his failed plucking patients. He doesn't want to post them because the real person may see them on here and alert us to maxhair/rassmans lie. So rassman, being smart, instead offers to send photos to one person for a confirmation.

Any time anyone tells you to not be a coward, or to be a real man in some sense, it usually involves doing something stupid - so try another channel shitbird.

I was brave enough to have an experimental procedure done, and am brave enough to say that I will allow someone trustworthy to revue the pictures, but not have them published on the internet.

I can tell you now though, there really is nothing to see. It was a 100% fail.

I don't know or care who you are, how many years you've spent on this blog, or what position you're defending, but am telling you out of the kindness of my heart, that Acell autocloning does not work on bald spots, that Hitzig is clearly a squeaky-voiced liar, and that Gho made it clear to me in person, that he does not want people on these forums going for tests with him, indicating he can not do what he claims regarding splitting hairs and having both grow - and just wants to pick off unsuspecting, unread volunteers.

That is the bad news.

If Gho could do it, there would be a line of people kissing his feet, but there isn't. He is available for HTs, and wanted to book me an appointment in short notice - so there is no great waiting list to get in his chair.

To repeat, these guys might hit on something in the future, in which case, they will be deluged with too much work - so I do not want to identify myself to them, in case they decide not to help me in the future - but at the moment - they've got nothing.

Funny thing is, that Hitzig is not so much promoting his Acell PRP injections anymore. Nor does he promote the whole strip surgery. The more and more interviews he is so strangely in favor of FUE and the Acell benefits. Its a good sign, even if people hav problems with Hitzig.

Gho is scared of the blogs. He does not want the regulars here to know that his procedure does not currently work as claimed - which is why he's avoiding you like the plague.

Imagine for 10 seconds, that he had something. He'd be on this blog, saying 'send your most ****ed up guy, and I'll fix his hair for free'.

He wants surgeons to invest E50,000 to learn his allegedly revolutionary game-changing stuff, but he wont invest three days to fix a well known hair loss sufferer on one of these blogs for free. If he did that, he'd get E5,000,000 return in two years of extra business. He won't do 10,000 hairs to make E5,000,000? That's E500 a hair - and he won't do it?

He can't do it people.

Histogen pics for instance, look suspect (worst than Cooley's Acell ones), and no one else has even shown any pics.

Like most here, I don't want to start a flame war, but I have to take issue with these two statements.

First, why does Histogen's picks look more suspect than the ones that Cooley showed? As has been addressed many times, the injection that was given was very tiny (about the size of a dime) and a zoomed in close up picture was taken.

Second, your statement that no one else has shown pictures is completely inaccurate. In their presentations this year, Aderans showed pictures of the increased hair count from the early protocols in their trial. The video of the presentation can be found on youtube (pretty sure its still up). One of the threads on here also has a link to it.

I'm not going to accuse you of being a shill or whatnot like others have, as I'm not in the position to make that kind of statement. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you had an unpleasant experience with Cooley's Acell (though you shouldn't make the fallacy of reductionism and say because you had failure with treatment X, all/most will have failure with treatment X) and you weren't impressed with Gho (and to be clear, I'm skeptical of Gho).

I really don't have much else to say about Acell. I never expected it to be a game changer, and if it turns out to be a complete failure, I'd rather have Acell be a failure than I would the potential treatments that are going through clinical trials. Its naive to think every potential treatment will be a success, but at the same time, being so pessimistic as to think that none of the potential treatments will be a success is equally naive.

hey maxhair what do you think about scalp pigmentation? you've yet to mention it.

I think scalp pigmentation sounds a bit dodgy, as you need to stay out of the sun to stop it lightening. I would never do a hairline with it, or large chunks, but
maybe for small spots, like scars where hairs don't grow. But I've heard it doesn't work very well in strip scars - so, I just don't know.

If it only looks good for two years, and we know some stem cell thing is coming out in two years and it'll work, then micro pigmentation could be a bridge to get people through the next couple of years - Bessam Farjo's rep in UK said I wasn't a candidate for Farjo, and advised me to consider scalp pigmentation. I emailed the company he put me on to, and they didn't even get back in contact, so I just left it.

For small bald patches, maybe I'll phone them again for a chat.

It's all about making it across bridges until the next new thing comes along.

I'm thinking about doing a body hair transplant test on bald patch at back of head - to see if it grows, and to see what the FUE holes are like.

Bottom line is though, you don't really need to see them, as I'm just confirming what is already known - Acell does not grow in bald areas.
