I was thinking we were going to have to wait 5 - 10 years for Sanford and Burnham cells to come along and save the day but between Pilofocus and SM04554 I think we might have a chance of getting out of our mess within a year or two. I'm starting to feel some real hope.Comment

5-10 years is a really long time... I would suspect piloscopy would be out-dated in 5 years, and will definitely be outdated in 10 years.... but it could very well be the best option available in the next 5 years...
That said, I don't know enough about Piloscopy to comment.
If there is regeneration that would be great, and would make it a leading option for sure.
I always found piloscopy interesting, I just never understood why it was referred to as "the least intrusive/ zero scaring method"... because they definitely cutting a healthy-size slit in your scalp... and they're definitely blowing out your scalp like a balloon and then snaking some machine around under you scalp..... not something I'd describe as non-intrusive with zero scaring... but if there aren't many complications and it leads to regeneration then sign me up.
It is interesting and I look forward to hearing more about it.Comment

Dr. Wesley stated he would be resuming trials this summer, I wonder how long after he resumes trials it will take to document the regeneration rates? i.e. will he see regeneration at 1 month post op, 6 months, or how long it will take to get that final reading on regeneration. Either way, I think it's the most interesting and promising treatment on the near horizon.Comment

anywhere between 1 month and 2 years depending on the level of damage to the follicular unit during harvesting + other factorsComment

I completely agree. I don't think a company would run such a massive phase II trial in such a hurry if they didn't see something very promising in phase I safety. They have also added more clinical trial locations recently, meaning they could be gearing up for a phase III. Lets hope..Comment

Hi guys, I just read through this thread...
I wouldnt mind speaking with Dr. Guillemat in person some day soon.
Not saying that this is a legitimate regenerative science , but know really knows...
Guys,
I cant wait to be a patient of Dr. Wesley's refreshed Phase Testing.
Dr Wesley and I (and my wife), met at his office in Manhattan some weeks ago.
He felt that Phase Testing would resume sometime towards the end of June.
If that is the case, I will be his patient sometime at the end of July,,maybe some time in August.
I will update everyone ASAP once Dr contacts me on this.
The donor regeneration that some of us had seen was very amazing to witness on that Skype meeting BUT, again- it was and still IS anecdotal at this point in time.
We all must stay positive.
Dr Wesley IS a very SINCERE and a very INTELLIGENT man in this new transplantation science of his.

The phase 2 clinical trial agenda below says that phase 2 is done recruiting so if they added more sites AFTER they completed phase 2 recruitment then they the most logical conclusion is that the added locations IS because they are preparing for phase 3.
Please post a link showing that they added new clinical trial sites.Comment

How do you know that they have recently added more clinical trial locations?

There's answers from that dr guillermat. Thanks to the site's author
The doc is talking about 'fantastic results of dr Gho's technique', wtf?? Is he a real cynic man, or is he don't aware of other techniques and really have something interesting?
His clinic really need our bad publicity if that man use hair loss sufferers hopes to his bizness. Well just another one in this industry you will tell me^^
But forums like this have some kind of power to advertise spanish people especially in this case, he don't deserve more money if he is what I think he isComment
