I would assume the same sort of time finasteride took?

That top link was published today. I think this means they'll be moving to Phase II trials for efficacy in men with AGA. The safety profile is already well established.
      Excellent post bro !

Yeah that is good. Hopefully the timeline to the finish line is as short as possible.

And i bet once the trials on this are completed, thats when bim will be releaes as well. They will be used as a one two punch. I dont expect to hear a thing about bim until the seti study wraps up.

Sad thing though is even with a combo of both drugs, new hair follicles will probably not be created. This will just be for maintenance and strengthening existing hairs only

Check out swiss temples blog. In addition to seti and pge2 we will need mechanical wounding.

Forget BIM. You want PGE2. PGD2 down and PGE2 up = hair regrowth.
Of course new follicles won't be created, that's science fiction. You can reawaken dead or miniaturised follicles though.

Maybe you can complete my mis-info I have. Seti will handle the PGD2 down. What is there for PGE2 up? (anything in the current clinical phases?) And on what does SM aim?

That's massive for millions and millions of people if it can be relied upon to work though. You could confidently commit to a hair transplant if you could count on not losing more.

Thats exactly what I think. We always talk about "the cure". For millions and millions of people - the cure is 1 hair transplant, and 1 treatment that will stop hair loss for good.

Setipiprant doesn't really handle PGD2 down. It binds to the DP2 receptor (other names CRTH2, GPR44) so that PGD2 can't bind as well to the receptor.

Watch the above picture a few times and you will understand. Please do understand that this isn't confirmed whatsoever, it's just a hypothesis waiting to be tested now.

PGE2 itself is just a prostaglandin just like PGD2. It's already on the market under brand name dinoprostone, a vaginal gel. PGE2 itself also has it's receptor it binds to and activates EP1, EP2, EP3 and EP4.

The pictures should help you understand.

Is there another group buy on Seti? And has anyone had luck getting any research chemicals into Australia? Desmond??

Hellouser, whats the deal with the guy from Switzerland who apparently has regrown his temple hairs? And now keeps getting b@nned from forums, is he legit? Apparently he has been around a long time on other forums.
