What vendor did the group buy go through? How are these guys administering seti? Vehicle? Oral, topical? How much?

It's unlikely that oral would be more effective considering around 53% gets excreted (wasted) when taken orally. I imagine Kythera are producing it as an oral because it's proven safe and for marketing purposes; everyone would rather pop a pill than pour a topical on their head.Comment

That top link was published today. I think this means they'll be moving to Phase II trials for efficacy in men with AGA. The safety profile is already well established.Comment

Yeah phase 2. It has a very good safety profile AFAIK. However what I was wondering is how long the trial is going to take? I mean it's supposed to be a preventative treatment not a regrowth treatment as per the hypothesis of Kythera et al hypothesizing that PGD2 functions upstream after AR activation.
