Anyone seen CBS today?

A poster in another forum is claiming the following

"Has anyone seen this on TV? It has been running non stop on CBS today about a new baldness cure, it will be aired on CBS news tomorrow May 6th"

Don't have CBS in the UK I have looked on their website cant find anything, Anyone who watches it seen anything?

Could be BS or trils to start soon usual bollox but I have not seen it

Hope to god its some kind of press release from Follica going public about their trials and stuff. They're long overdue for some kind of news. I wouldn't be surprised if it is Dr. Cotsarelis considering he's basically the only major US player in the hair loss world... and he's the ONLY one along with Follica that we could consider having something that could be categorized as a 'cure' (new follicle generation through wounding).

link doesn't work but if you go onto the hairsite page, then onto the forum in the hair multiplication and cloning section its about an eighth of the way down th page

Yeeah I think keeping expectations low is key here, all we have is some anonymous posters word that he saw something on the news today that no one else can seem to find!

Don't want to get peoples hopes up or anything, just wandered if anyone knew what they were on about

They might just be going to talk about the subject of a cure for baldness, this doesn't mean that they are going to announce that one has been found...

Got in touch with Jim (I emailed him). He says he saw the info in passing and isn't sure if the news will be aired tonight. If CBS is running some stuff about it today, its likely it hasnt been aired yet.

I've let Jim know about next weeks Hair Congress along with the initiative to send Desmond to the congress for info along with a potential crowdfunding campaign. Since Jim is bald himself and in publishing, I'm sure this is something that will interest him.
