          That guy says "Channel 2"

I don't expect anything big, otherwise it would go national.

And even if it shows on CBS Evening News, they also reported that mouse study of young blood transfusion, mainstream media can sensationalize health/science news without any repercussion

                Baldness cure?

                Are you ****ing kidding me?

It better be something serious, not some usual bullshit.

But I guess we'll see tomorrow?

I'm not expecting anything major anyway and I don't believe in it.

If a cure for baldness was really found, it would be all over the worldwide news, not some "rumors"

Most likely some attention whoring attempt from CBS

It all starts from somewhere. Put it this way; if Follica were finished, or Replicel or Histogen, you can be sure there would be a huge press release from them. Certain networks could even get rights for priority coverage to boost their ratings.

However, I'm expecting the worst but hoping for the best. My life has been worthless last couple of years... I really need a change.

CBS made countless reports about "baldness cure" (just google cbs baldness) and nothing ever came out of any of it. Just summaries of everything we already knew.

I don't expect anything different this time

Eh, I wouldn't pin the failures of researchers on CBS. CBS's job is to report the news, which they did.

He hyped it for Tuesday on Twitter, but I'm from Europe and it's already Wednesday for 5 minutes here.
                          I don't know.

There is always news all these places like CBS pick and choose it to simply get ratings. Slow news day throw on a story going over the usual baldness stuff and of course they hype it up like using the word cure when its not true. They just want you to watch for ratings whether its true or not. This story is not about a cure its just the hype train to go over some 10 year away new treatment or a story about a mouse grew hair in lab.
I never watch the news anymore except on rare occasions. I would argue watching the news is a big waste of time most of its not really news thats important.

There wont be anything to see. News is always way behind what "we" know. I dont expect anything except the usual " so this could be on the market in 2-3 or 5 year b.s this stories always show.

No news story can change the facts that the earliest we could get even a new treatment is 2-3 years away with histogen. I highly doubt there are any likely treatments coming from left field that will take us by surprise. Members here uncover almost every company/lab working on this.
