Funding Desmond to go to WCHR 2014

No problem! Desmond is away in China I believe with friends. He'll be posting the videos once he's home since he had some trouble getting the videos converted.

The next hair congress is in Miami and I'm more than willing to go. Funding will be minimal, I'm willing to chip in as well along with having a friends place to stay just north of Miami (though it is a 2 hour drive each way).

Would be a good idea to do a follow up with all the researchers. I've already spoken with Dr. Angela Christiano as she will be there. I have little doubt about Dr. Cotsarelis being there as UPENN isn't all that far from Miami when compared to South Korea. By that time I'd like to have some serious movements with crowdfunding; website, marketing strategies, partners, public outreach etc.

When is the next one?

We should try getting a guy at every conference yearly here, look how much more information we've obtained, rather than hopelessly waiting for a new announcement.

This could be a way for us to truly see the progress in this industry! Possibly even help the process go faster!

It doesn't mean anything. Follica is a start up company and keeping their technology and strategy secret is necessary. You can't expect him to be willing to meet some random guy from some forum (especially with all the crazy people who post on here) and give away the status of his company's research like that.

However, this doesn't necessarily mean they are particularly close to anything. It's just the way a wise CEO would act
