Could going to Spencer hurt your cause?

The thing is that you all plan to get Desmond inside where he'll stream video, but that may be frowned upon and it may encourage the attending scientists to hold back key information.

It seems to me that you would want to keep it kind of hush hush that you're sending someone into the congress to gather and relay information.

Scientists go to these Congresses thinking that they're sharing info mostly with other scientists to see if they can each piggy-back on each other's ideas. In a setting like that they would likely reveal more information than they would if they knew that whatever they say could be spread across the entire world over the internet.

I would suggest that you guys keep what you are doing kind of secret and stealth. But that's just my opinion.

Should send money "to family or friends", yes there is a fee but the fee is smaller than what Desmond will have to pay if you send money using the other option

It's the fee we SHOULD be sending though, we're not exchanging goods or services anyway.
