Still don't know what to make of this. Seems really odd. The website looks like it was designed primarily to attract investors. I'm not familiar with investment scams, but it seems strange that they are selling licenses for a product that has yet to undergo clinical trials. What happens to all those clinics that signed up if the product doesn't clear all the FDA hurdles?
Well... if it doesnt go through FDA, than we purchase the product from elsewhere. Hair loss treatments need stop being limited to FDA approvals. There's more than just USA.

There's just no way they have achieved the results they claim to have achieved for all these years without the media covering it. There is just no way.

I think some of the earlier posters might have misinterpreted what is on the company's website. I don't think the company is claiming to have treated millions of patients. I think what they are saying is that they will have access to millions of potential patients through the licensees once the product is released. The website looks like it is intended for investors not end users of the product.

It looks like they want clinics to become licensees which is how the product will be distributed once it clears regulatory processes.

No they claim to have helped thousands of people. That's pretty explicit on their website. No way in hell they are not all over the news if that were true

This have nothing to do with the performance of the company or revenue... They went from Public to Private on July 2013...

Well thousands is not quite the same as millions, but yeah the apparent lack of media coverage is odd. Could this have received more press in Latin America? I am skeptical, but keeping an eye on this one, since Bauman and Ziering are involved.

I am not familiar with investment scams, but it seems like they're selling licenses in the U.S. and other countries for a product that has yet to go through the regulatory approval process. How common is that? If the product doesn't clear the regulatory process, do the licensees get their money back?

Could it be marketed under a cosmetic. They just limit the claims for the product in marketing and then do not need to provide evidence. A couple more issues may exists to be classed as cosmetic. it is a possible solution to avoiding the rigors of FDA approval.

L'oreal did the same with Densifique and that was just perfume in a bottle.
