Has Spencer ever talked about this company on his show before? I wonder what are his thoughts on this company

On the 21 of August biologix announced 1 for 2 reverse split, by donig this they say they will no longer be required to file annual and quarterly reports with the SEC. The Company took this action in order to maximize management efficiency and cost effectiveness during its development stage.

It does seem that there is some movement regarding maximizing manergerial efficiency and cost effectivness... what ever the feck that means... hey ho lets just it cool and calm http://www.biologixhair.com/investor...reverse-split/

It looks like they've posted some new stuff on their website about the regulatory approval process. I've said it before, this one seems "scammy" to me, but Bauman and a few other well-respected names seem to be behind it. Perhaps we'll be hearing more about it soon since they seem to indicate a launch of 1Q 2014 in certain parts of the world.

Did they said before that they will start offering their treatment somewhere in their original start up place? Now I can't seem to find that anymore on their website.

Also, they are offering this treatment to the public in less restricted regulatory countries before formal clinical trials and the FDA approval process. This almost seems like they are using paid costumers as clinical trail subjects as well.

I think they were planning to launch somewhere in South America--Colombia, maybe--in early 2014. But I don't think anyone should book a trip to South America just yet. We really need more information about this one. There are a lot of strange things about it, yet some well-respected people in the hair loss community seem to believe in it. If we had BTT members in that part of the world maybe someone could check out the clinic. Would love to hear opinions from longtime forum members about this one.

Even if you wanted to go, I'm pretty sure they said they wouldn't treat international patients who were not resident in Colonbia, at this stage.

Not sure how you can get round that but FDA approval will take some years

I wouldn't get excited just because some hair transplant docs support it.

These same guys promote laser combs, hair tattoos, shampoos, supplements, etc. So their endorsement means absolutely nothing.

The only thing that matters in these cases is evidence, and Biologix has presented none.

They do seem fishy, yet they have published some interesting statistics:

Number of countries in which clinicians have been contracted:
                            Increased from 38 to 54

Licensed medical clinics that have signed contractual reservations to become certified Biologix Hair Therapy Centers™:
                            Increased from 276 to 546

Total number of patients treated over the last 5 years by clinic network:
                            Increased 125% from 3,284,065 to 7,380,065

Estimated number of existing patients who would be interested in either the hair loss prevention or hair loss regeneration treatment and are candidates for the Biologix Hair Therapy System™:

                            Increased 127% from 1,315,926 to 2,985,447

So they have treated over seven million people?! Really??!

They have apparently contacted 254 clinics in the USA and 11 in the UK. It doesn't state how many of these clinics were receptive of the Biologix therapy however. Added to that, their recent financial figures were pretty dire and don't indicate that they will be able to get to market.

                            Hopefully they will surprise us!

They made some changes to their website, and added an article explaining Craig Ziering's role.

Still don't know what to make of this. Seems really odd. The website looks like it was designed primarily to attract investors. I'm not familiar with investment scams, but it seems strange that they are selling licenses for a product that has yet to undergo clinical trials. What happens to all those clinics that signed up if the product doesn't clear all the FDA hurdles?
