Seriously, if this mystery was supposedly cracked by Dr. Gho over a decade ago, then I don't see why some other doctor (in this case Dr. Nigam) couldn't crack (and tweak) it after all this time.

All the people asking why the this procedure isn't worldwide yet need to seriously learn about how the world/business works. There could be a non invasive cure invented tomorrow and it still wouldn't spread because you need to take care of patents, infrastructure/distribution channels etc.
