If you think an informal internet poll is more reliable than a double blind placebo controlled study, then you're an idiot. Just really....

Yup, I'm clearly an idiot. Wish I was as smart and succesful as you. That attitude of yours must surely bring you a lot of respect and open a lot of doors in real life.

You two are boring me now, this forum is supposed to be about Dr nigam and his patient, not two people who don't even know each others real name arguing over who has the higher Iq, can we please just get back to the matter in hand

You said it. It just doesn't make any sense at all to react in an extremely rude, condescending and childish way, on some anonymous forum. Even if you disagree with someone, just make your point in a normal civilized way and we can discuss things like adults.

Uh no, Arashi and did are giving objectively harmful advice to a young guy that's suffering badly from hair loss. Finasteride is the first step in treating MPB, there is tremendous data backing its safety and efficacy, but he ignores that and gives his own opinion as fact. He is objectively, flat out WRONG.

I may be rude, but everything I say has been firmly backed up by evidence, and it's for his own good.

ar50 - if you listen to Arashi's advice, you WILL go bald. It's the bitter truth, but you need to understand that. You are already sick and depressed, will you become happy with a NW6? No one will care if you go bald. It is unlikely you will suffer sides, and ED is uncommon even within the group of people who get sides. Taking fin is a risk, but not taking fin is guaranteed harm.

This is a thread for Dr Nigams. If you want to discuss Fin with me, in a civilized matter, fine, open a thread for it. This is not the place.

I have no interest in discussing Fin with you in any manner, civilized or barbarian. You started arguing with me, feel free to post somewhere else.

As the months and posts have gone on I'm beggining to believe he could be the answer to mob I have emailed him myself for some more info in hoping he can help me with not the best donor going and a potential to be nw6! I sent Dr nigam an email which was rather in depth he replied saying he would answer my questions later tonight so just waiting to hear back, what do you guys think am I potentially making the right decision if I go with him? Either way id love to see Mumbai!

                          This guy was NW7?

The quality of the video is bad, that's why he looks like he has full head of hair from a distance.

When zoomed in, it doesn't look so impressive anymore (but it's only 4000 grafts).

Nigam needs HD camera because everything is not visible very well.

Also was this transplant done using donor regeneration?

                          EDIT:

Ah, I heard Nigam saying in the vid that he's using donor regeneration, and plans to put at least 15k grafts on that dude's head in few sessions (when the donor regenerates)

And if I understood it correctly, that result is only 1,5 months after the surgery

Have you restarted Fin yet dude? Had your blood work done yet?
