Well you can use Fin, RU ( doubts ), minox and some other DHT inhibiting goodies if you want. Even if you get to an NW5 by the end of 2015, perhaps getting a 4000+ HT will set you up for Histogen and Aderans etc.

It seems obvious to some, but I see people all the time on forums who basically think they can just let themselves go bald because one of these companies will come to their rescue, when we have no idea how effective these treatments will be on a bald scalp (or when they will be on the market). "Oh I am going to skip fin, in a few years Histogen or Aderans will take me to NW1"
I have high hopes for these treatments, but imagine how terrible it would feel to be the guy who drops 3 NW levels waiting on these procedures, only to find out they won't work well for him because he lost too much hair. There is no way I could ever take that risk....not to mention the time you lose between now and then

Understandable. But I feel that with the current solutions it just is what it is. Most people are not willing to take Fin, including myself. I tried it for about 4 months, 3 times a week-- and it is one of my biggest regrets ever. It messes with your brain chemistry, man. I know some people take it happily ever after, but in my view, we will look back 10-15 years from now and be like I can't believe people were ingesting that poison just to maintain hair. And believe me, I know the other option--loosing hair--is not exactly a fabulous alternative. In fact, I am willing to do anything to maintain my hair, but altering my brain and personality (which I argue Finastaride indisputably does) is not an option. Even though balding does as well change your personality, but I would argue in a lot less extreme way than Fin.

God be with Hist and Anderans... I am sure we will still need transplants, but if we they can just come out with something that can make transplants full proof then we will all be on cloud 9... I swear if this comes through, I will be the happiest person for the rest of my life. Hopefully it is soon though! Until then, I plan to do everything to maintain happiness

Agree with everything you just said minus Fin affecting your personality. I want to maintain, but it's hard when the bald gene is aggressive on my side. Won't touch fin for reasons you mentioned and more. Minox ruins my face but I still take it because I do think it helps and it isn't altering my hormones or affecting my libido. I personally will continue to use everything under the sun to maintain minus anti-DHT products. I just can't do it.

Hope..it's all I got. Hoping Histogen figures it out.

I'm like a NW7, so I shaved it all off, lol. Been that way for like 9 years already..lucky me I have a nicely shaped head. Girls love it, lol...would I want my hair back, hail yeah. Sometimes you just gotta make what you got work for you.

Anyhow, to think that a total NW7-NW0 cure won't be available and somehow it would be partial is ______. 50% of the answer is already discovered, and that's that a total balding mans follicles are not dead, just dormant. If they could wake up one they should be able to wake em all up. A full cure is a breakthrough away and everyday new discoveries are made. I'm a pessimist but very optimistic when it comes to this. It may not be today but very soon. Who knows, it might not even come from the big three but just knowing that there's billions to made is enough to keep em trying. Regenerative medicine IS advancing.

Yea, lets be clear: these researchers and companies are humans just like us. Every morning they are in the pursuit of $$, and that natural human force is very much on our side. Lets hope they are smart enough, though, to bring an effective product to market sooner than later. Very much harder said than done

Can't believe the moderators didn't ban him for that, it went against everything this website is supposed to be about. The forum's supposed to be a place where we can help and support each other with advice and info but he used it to spread false info just to yrick people and wind them up so he could sit back and laugh. He's a sick f*ck.
I have followed the show for a long time now, it's always the same shi.t over and over, in the show and the forum. I only really watch the show because it's entertaining and funny. This was just to spice things up a bit, and yes I did get a good laugh at it. So what, if you think the world is filled with good people, get real.

Your reasoning is flawed on every level. The only person that is going to help you, Erick, is yourself. You need to expand your mind a little bit, or a lot

There is no reasoning here you moron, its an opinion. I never asked for help, so perhaps you need to get your thought together before you speak your mind.

Read your original post again and then try to argue that there is no reasoning (false reasoning that is) in your statements. If you can't recognize that, you may need to go back to elementary school
