Thanks for the link. This looks very promising, however I still lean more towards Histogen

The video has always 'looked promising' - it's been around for over half a decade - my query was more to do with the fact of why did they remove the Tokyo presentation and replace it with a video that was released over 5 years ago?

If they're re-jigging their video content on their site it probably means something is going to follow shortly.... perhaps Phase II clinical results presentation or something else?

In any case, the change of video content should be a good sign, there is a reason for it.

To provide a little clarity:

Yes, the video is old and has been on the ARI website for awhile (years, not months). The Tokyo video is still available under "our news," where it has always been.

Hi Jairus, To look at this scenario logically, hypothetically speaking, If Aderans is regenerating follicular cells from the roots of DHT RESISTANT hair it must be very possible that the new follicular cells introduced into the balding areas WOULD also be resistant to DHT.
Its duplicating the composition of donor hair unaffected by DHT ! Sounds good to me.

Yeah the fact they are being cultivated from DHT resistant roots is exciting. I just hope your hypothesis proves to be the case, as it would be a huge step forward.
Are the injections solely going to be administered to slick areas, or do u reckon they can be utilised in thinning/diffuse areas also?

Yeah, it's brand new - just 5 years old or so, or it exists at least since ARI's new website exists, as far as I remember...

Anyway, I'm not surprised at all that they removed the Tokyo-meeting video - of course due to Washenik's "investor-friendly" claims in June 2010; so this step was actually just a question of time.

However still one niggling fact remains unanswered - will the new follicles be DHT resistant?

To be honest even if they are not, topping up like Histogen may maintain the same density over the years.

As Spencer has said many times, companies like Aderans monitor forums like this. The constant negativity seen and also the competition out there would make them prefer to keep their cards close to the chest. Thats commonsense.

I take it they therefore still claim to be generating new hair follicles given the content of the video.
